Glory sought alone principles do not swallow

When the feast was already half over, Jesus went up into the temple area and began to teach. The Jews were amazed and said, “How does he know scripture without having studied?” Jesus answered them and said, “My teaching is not my own but is from the one who sent me. Whoever chooses to do His Will shall know whether my teaching is from God or whether I speak on my own. Whoever speaks on his own seeks his own glory, but whoever seeks the glory of the one who sent him is truthful, and there is no wrong in him. John 7:14-18

Enter, let us bow down in worship; let us kneel before the LORD who made us. Psalm 95:6

When you speak all these words to them, they will not listen to you either. When you call to them, they will not answer you. Jeremiah 7:27
John 7:14-18, Psalm 95:6 & Jeremiah 7:27

As mentioned yesterday, Jesus had his own reasons for showing up in “secret” living as he asks you surrendered to the Will of God. The Teaching Jesus points out during these passages was not on his own for scripture was created around him as the foundation of the world being one with his creator and the spirit we call on each end every day. You see the Truth in the Messiah that many will deny over and over and over again until one day we see His Teaching truly is from God understanding our surrender is not complete unless we practice, pray and proclaim His Good News each and every day.

To confess with one’s lips the saving grace of Christ allows you to see the wrong of life drawn away from you by the glory you seek in Him as life’s only desires to serve. If many feel your relationship with Jesus has become overbearing, then I urge you to silently pray for their deliverance that they understand what it means to live Redeemed. This should take you to your knees often asking in joy to do more for the least of the world understanding that even though the truth seems so evident to you many of the world will not listen or answer you when asked a question of Truth. Pray for them. Amen.

Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. Lord help us to live forgiven. Call on us to confess. Enlighten us to share Your Salvation. Help us to serve the least. Prayers of protection for my son JSRW. IN Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
