Humanity called without chains

After they had fallen silent, James responded, “My brothers, listen to me. Symeon has described how God first concerned himself with acquiring from among the Gentiles a people for His Name. The words of the prophets agree with this, as is written: ‘After this I shall return and rebuild the fallen hut of David; from its ruins I shall rebuild it and raise it up again, so that the rest of humanity may seek out the Lord, even all the Gentiles on whom My Name is invoked. Thus says the Lord who accomplishes these things, known from of old.’ Acts 15:13-18

Serve the LORD with gladness; come before Him with joyful song. Psalm 100:2

Then (Jesus) said to the crowd, “Take care to guard against all greed, for though one may be rich, one’s life does not consist of possessions.” Lk 12:15

Acts 15:13-18, Psalm 100 & Luke 12:15

When you invoke the Name of Jesus, you invoke the Father of all living things allowing you to see His Spirit So Holy become everything you live and dream about no matter the cause be it wrong or right life or death self-will over Divine Will instilling reason for His Rescue to abide in His Will. James is pointing out today the rebuilding of humanity’s life after falling into sin making what you want a reality in the grips of excess you believe God called you to as a right not a wrong is not the reason God gives us life but the call of everything good where we get everything we need by the leaving the want as a reason to live excessively awaiting death frightfully as the avenue of choice will kill motivation.

It is in the Word Serve that we see Christ as the reason for sanity excluding gladness over gumption singing not a song joyful in the grips of greed possessing much of the stuff we think is the reason to live by. The life we lead comes to rest in the joy of sharing faith, hope and love of Charity as the daily call of practice, prayer and proclamation of His goodwill making choices of Truth to live in His Reason of Redemption. Here, your choice is fueled by the Gospel knowing mistakes we make are forgiven yet avoiding them in the Light of Life called reason escaping response by calling on the Name of Jesus! No fright only life as an obedient son of Salvation not reacting but Rescuing souls. Amen.

Let us pray Heavenly Father align our self-will with Your Reason for living as our Salvation’s call. Closerwalkmedia.com WedSun 7:55 AM IN Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
