Wig’s Word of God Today 7-15-2011
Many (people) followed Him, and He cured them all. Matthew 12:15c
Exodus 12:37-42, Psalm 136 & Matthew 12:14-21
Often I have people who will write me and tell me they began studying the Bible because of my daily Scripture study and I think it’s important to note that if you follow along with my study daily you will find that you are reading the Bible from cover to cover which we have done two times over if you started studying with me four years ago. Every time you read the Bible you find new and interesting things only God wants you to learn. You may read a verse over and over and all of sudden the Holy Spirit will move you to understand the verse in a way that lift your soul to be One with God.
Even as Jesus was silently moving away from the Pharisees to avoid capture and thus enter into His Fulfillment at the Appointed Time, He was healing people and asking them to keep His healings to themselves to fulfill this prophesy. I like to think this verse has a lot to do with anyone who follows Jesus today: “Many (people) followed Him, and He cured them all.” For if you follow His Word and become intimate with His faith, charity and love, you too will love your love of Jesus and be cured of all selfishness.
So we ask in prayer: Dear God, we pray today that Your Son’s Truth heal all who surrender to His Teachings to Glorify You Father above all things. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
