Or he is chastened on a bed of pain, suffering continually in his bones, So that to his appetite food is repulsive, his throat rejects the choicest nourishment. His flesh is wasted, it cannot be seen; bones, once invisible, appear; His soul draws near to the pit, his life to the place of the dead. Job 33:19-22

The LORD is my Shepherd; there is nothing I lack. In green pastures He makes me lie down; to still waters He leads me; He restores my soul. He guides me along right paths for the Sake of His Name. Psalm 23:1-3

He came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near, for through Him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. Ephesians 2:17-18

He said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” People were coming and going in great numbers, and they had no opportunity even to eat. So they went off in the boat by themselves to a deserted place. Mark 6:31-32

Job 33:19-22, Psalm Jeremiah 23:1-16, Ephesians 2:13-18 & Mark 6:30-34

Finding the sickness of life seems inevitable yet many would argue nourishment plays a big part of your desires, destinations and detriments that seemingly begins to take your last breath. These wishes may become repulsive and weigh heavy on your heart and soul as the thoughts of expiring are replaced with the will to live. Some in many cases can push God right out of your daily routine until you find yourself calling to God in the midst of disease or doom destined to die a distant death turned instant too late to cry.

We must have a Shepherd that allows us the rest we need to overcome the plights of life against the soul of Salvation’s Serenity. These paths are never calm, cool and collected as manicured steps of safety as much as they are nervous, nasty and never-ending rough edged paths seemingly making it impossible to rest or rejuvenate the being that hacks up life’s lived mistakes. Make God your First step every day allowing Him to lead your paths no matter the difficulty or demands He will give Restoration Redeemed. Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray no matter the path we find Your soothing Salvation our peace. Carolina Emmaus is in prayer. Novena Prayers Day three for Nick Diaz St Louis Emmaus Ministry Head. Novena Prayers Day six for my daughter’s conception and my school to find me a co-teacher. Novena Prayers Day seven for the sister of Laura Evans, Marie. Prayers for my son Jeff. Prayers for Dr. Cruz†Peluca.  LORD from Acts 33:29-30 I chant; “See, all these things God does, two, even three times, for a man, Bringing back his soul from the pit to the light, in the Light of the living.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
