Baruch 4:5-12, 27-29, Psalm 69 & Luke 10:17-24

Letting go of the obvious adult-like consequences of living past the age eighteen seeing through the eyes of a child is what God asks of us to enjoy when we let God be God in placing Him First amongst the responsible decisions of life. God isn’t asking us to be childish but “childlike” knowing grace keeping pace with His beautiful wonder. Something we all should do for God that is wonder in the ecstasy of faith, hope and love of His charity. We all want to live forever in a childish state of wants and desires while God asks us to live forever in a pure childlike state of wonder and destiny.

When we wonder for God like a child in life’s self-exploration, we keep in step with His ”gracious Will” rejoicing in the Holy Spirit giving Him praise even in the midst of the simplest of pleasures. Forgiveness is His gracious Will by a simple confession reminded daily lived instantly in the thought or action of deceit. We know as a child when we doing something wrong or not that we must ask for forgiveness of often. We must let go and trust even more in our practice praying as we preach. So beautiful His Gracious Will. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray as a childlike lover of You LORD. Novena prayers day six for John G. MD. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. We pray for Greg Bishop. With open arms of Him

Growing old makes us wonder
If your child will remain at your side

Whoever listens to you listens to Me. Whoever rejects you rejects Me. And whoever rejects Me rejects the One who sent Me. Luke 10:16

Baruch 1:15-22, Psalm 79 & Luke 10:13-16

We’ve lived a life of wants seeking this or that never knowing when or where death will snatch our breath complying not with what is Written in the Book of Truth expecting Salvation by confession too late to save you. We confess with our lips in the beat of a heart Christ’s Salvation all the while tugging on the sleeve of Satan knowingly rejecting His Way by the lie our actions afford. I know, but Jesus will forgive us right? Of course He will but will it be too late for you if you deny Him in life’s duties confessing He is King only after your life of excess comes to fruition? Once we become His obedient servant everything we think, act and accomplish must be in the Light of Truth as we seek His Way in the practice, prayer and preaching of His faith, hope and love of charity. Then even you will see people reject Him understanding not they are rejecting the One who sent Him. Our duty is to share as well as to live Christ’s peace. Amen.

Knowing what to say
Abiding in farce or play
Not knowing when to give up and pay

Oh we pray daily without knowing
Who were obviously not stowing
The Christ who gives a showing
Not knowing every ounce His growing

Fifty is almost gone
And children are lost
In life’s absolute farce
Not knowing the how to march

Frolic and worship play
Wasting the life He gave away
Unsure of how ends the day
Not knowing how to pray

It seems hard to imagine thirty years has progressed in a soul half lived in sin forgoing responsibility that people make daily a normal part of their everyday life. Today I celebrate the birth of a child I watched come into the world as a fresh seaman of the US Navy in Portsmouth, Virginia living in Norfolk stationed on the USS Barney DDG-6. I remember with such clarity the lines of her long legs seemingly bowing at the knees as I exclaimed, “she’s got bow legs just like me.” I know my excitement was a bit over the top but she was the first miracle I had ever witnessed. I can only imagine the countless miracles the doctor who delivered my first and only baby girl that day has witnessed as I meditate on the same path this little girl they handed me over thirty years ago during the early rush hour times of most major cities would be now at her age living the life of a doctor of pediatrics herself. I know her miracles are daily and many times seems tiring but worth the prestige and honor she wears with the white coat of medicine. My little girl nicknamed “Precious” was every ounce a determined person to become everything she dreamed escaping the confusion of a family falling a part becoming a physician and marrying her high school sweetheart. I congratulate her today as I celebrate rejoicing in the LORD the joy I feel for her well-being, her life and her love celebrating with her the peace I share in my soul for her success and her Salvation. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew 18:4

Nehemiah 2:1-8, Psalm 137 & Matthew 18:1-5, 10

We all want to be the greatest, fastest and richest thinking we’d never be happy digging ditches but the beauty of life comes from niches we live for God among our itches. We get them daily without regard itching for this or that seeking something that’s not hard but easy with a touch of lemon squeezes. We always hear, “you don’t know how good you got it for I used to walk ten miles to school all after getting up at the roosters crow to do chores for an hour before getting home and working past dusk sometimes without a shower.”

I know that was then this is now mentality has made our humanity lazy seeking not the faith God calls us to live yearning for instantaneous pleasures even in work forgoing the hope He asks us to share proclaiming not how great we are but living the charity by Christ’s life of sincerity. Yes, whether you dig a ditch and strike it rich or sleep in a ditch and need a fix God wants you to humble yourself like a child to be great by His favoring Hand of Salvation only Jesus His Son can bear our fair share. His journey a village of all souls He would lace

Thus says the LORD of hosts: In those days ten people from nations of every language will take hold, yes, will take hold of the cloak of every Judahite and say, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.” Zechariah 8:23

Zechariah 8:20-23, Psalm 87 & Luke 9:51-56

The exclusiveness of Christ’s Redemption we learn is not a club for righteous people only but that of charity for the world to know forgiveness for even the gravest of sin or as Jesus notes today for those who ignore His Salvation when He calls on you the first time. The Samaritans did not welcome Jesus on His Way to Jerusalem but as history notes and the present speaks Jesus is being welcomed in all four corners of earth by the recognized surrender we must accept when we finally say yes to Christ’s faith, hope and love of charity’s forgiveness.

As Zechariah taught, people will comment even to you, “we have heard that God is with you” as they embrace a welcome from you the gleam Christ forms in your being once you truly accept His Truth as your life’s examples. Jesus rebuked them to show even the disassociation of Elijah is done with obedience to love as He is the Father in love with every man, woman and child He created. Jesus no more wants fire from Heaven to consume anyone let alone Samaritans as He wants your soul to be consumed with forgiveness, peace and love. Amen.

Unknown to all as He journeyed besides
Determined resolutely to Jerusalem not to hide
In His Father’s surrender did He trust and comply

Ahead He sent a messenger to prepare His Way
Many towns knew Him engaging not in His play
Village of Samaria welcomed not the Christ that day
Knowing Jerusalem was His destiny to abide and to pray

John and James still learning to walk in this place
The joy of love and honor over ugliness and hate
Sought council of Jesus to unknowingly state
Down from Heaven should we call fire to consume their fate?

Jesus gave us the answer we’d never relate
Unless we surrendered to His love to ultimately face
Them He rebuked to offer all His forgiveness grace
His journey a village of all souls He would lace

The beauty of Discipleship is not jealousy or narrow-mindedness but the act of living for faith, hope and love of charity submerged in Salvation steering in open waters of every kind of fish through our thoughts, actions and deeds of humble service to God’s Divine Will. There is no rivalry or exclusiveness to this plan leading up to the very moment God’s Divine Will snuffs your last breath- we are as Disciples expected to pray fervently in all grace, humility and honor of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. I can’t keep Him away from others just as much as I can’t keep Him away from me.

I am not the judge of another for any discrimination does not lead a soul to Jesus but to selfish ends accomplishing egotistical means of lust, envy and pride. Jesus asks us not argue how to bring souls to know His forgiveness but Commands us to use any means available to practice, pray and preach the love of charity unbiased in every thought, action and deed. We must allow Jesus to reveal Himself through others just as He revealed Himself to the Disciples on the Road to Emmaus. We must seek to know hearts as Jesus opens ours to share His Truth without greed. Amen.

I awake this morning early to the sound of torrid rain dwelling in thought missing my bride in her journey to see her father for the week. I know, early for me is already normal waking up time but today I’m alone raising my honor to the Only One Who dwells in unapproachable Light. We wonder why God is invisible yet shows Himself in the world around us allowing us to see the beauties of life as He for His Majestic Wonder is so intense to create such a world of sensation for billions and billions of people we could not stand even the moment of His physical revelation. We must live holy to see holiness as God-inspired wanting nothing more than His Spirit of Truth to lead us by the consumption of Christ’s food of Everlasting Life.

Jesus alone has immortality we can either listen to in our minds, in our hearts and in our actions persuaded to surrender living obedient to sharing His Salvation to anyone in the world. One of the real reasons why Christopher Columbus sailed the seas to the New World was to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ- to bring more souls to Jesus. Columbus even willed this to his son who carried on Christ’s Mission to bear witness to all four corners of the earth. Historically, the people wanted freedom to worship Jesus in their own way free of Monarchy Rule compliant with Jesus’ faith, hope and love of charity. It’s what brings a smile to our face even in the midst of death’s door. We are reminded today Jesus is the only Way to heaven expressed from one Prophet to the next preparing us for the Majestic Wonder of Eternal Life in Heaven. Amen.

The Pharisees Jesus spoke
Laying down not a joke
Nothing more to ignore or poke
Parable’s Truth was mightier to stoke

Fine rich man in purple linen
Sumptuously dined each day
Lazarus the poor man came a begging
Scraps on the floor he’d eat where they lay

Man so rich kept his table in tact
Not sharing a meal as matter of fact
Sore licking dogs licked Lazarus as his pact
Death brought him angels for flight he lacked

To the bosom of Abraham waiting to see
The love Lazarus had though poor as he
Received the glory of charity we believe
The God of Truth allowed him to achieve

What the rich man could not when his death arrived
Asking for pity to be raised though he lied
From the torments of the Netherworld obliged
Flames causing suffering from what he denied

Abraham reminded him of a life of good
He received and didn’t share of his livelihood
Lazarus was poor denied what you could
Why now he can’t cool your tongue as he should

Besides the chasm great keeps our divide
Asking to go and tell his father’s house to confide
Warning his five brothers who may learn to abide
Repenting if someone from the dead proves to comply

Listening to Moses already was there grace

Our own children can and will give us a deep down ugly feeling when they are hurt or in trouble. To watch the Majesty of God heal any disease at any time when nobody else could heal them is an amazing to witness and blessing to be on the front line of such a healing. We all crave the ability to help someone and seem motionless in doing what God calls on everyone to do by the prayer life we lead from the practice we give God in His Word.

We can do something fervently so to remain vigil of this conquest. We only have to surrender to the process of being obedient to God by the faith, hope and love of Christ’s Charity. Today Jesus is telling us how to understand the grace hidden from all of us until our surrender never hides from God. Here, we see our mind, body and soul become God’s Majesty searching always to practice, pray and proclaim the Salvation His Son gave the world the day He gave His all by dying on a Cross. We no longer have to run from God thinking we are successful in this thought while God directs every moment to His Divine Will. God’s Majestic grace can and will grant your life peace. Amen.

The neglecting of taking care of the LORD’s House to the point of rebuilding it first and foremost in any point of life seems to be the message of today’s study. I asked a friend yesterday, “What is God asking of you?” He’s been chemo’d so much he glows with a shiny bald head repeating I know the LORD can heal me after three years of on-again off-again surgery and process. Here, we have a friend I’ve known most of my life and I ache for his recovery to be complete as I pray daily God’s Will be done.

I reminded him life is a Communion with God where we look at what He is asking of us through daily prayer and meditation living what He is showing us in His Word. God asks us to be One with the Trinity knowing the Son revering the Father enveloped by the Holy Spirit. Each and every one us are different in some sort of way that God asks us to relish by trying new things to rebuild our old selves back to His Standard. Yes, my friend, God will take you to His Will whether you live in the surrender or not becoming obedient by Power He gives you or takes away by answering the question in faith, hope and love of charity. Then the Word of the LORD came through Haggai the prophet: Is it time for you to dwell in your paneled houses while this house lies in ruins? Now thus says the LORD of hosts: Reflect on your experience! Haggai 1:3-5

Hallelujah! Sing to the LORD a new song, His praise in the assembly of the faithful. Psalm 149:1

Haggai 1:1-8, Psalm 149 & Luke 9:7-9

Scripture leads us to confusing responses when we don’t keep studying and discerning the Truth God is playing in our hearts as He did Haggai the Prophet who expressed the need to finish rebuilding God’s Temple first than lay in the homes of excess. God asks us today to reflect on our own experiences in the living of life whether we placed Him First or denied His Truth in even the smallest of instances. Yes, I know God will forgive us but His Word asks us to be righteous for Him in every instance leaving sin to the people you share Salvation with to be forgiven by the faith, hope and love we live.

Daily we must reflect in brevity the outcome of Eternal Life knowing we may be overwhelmed with too much information too soon accepting we can live His Word in a daily submission to singing His praise the New Song given to us in Christ Jesus. Is it time we dwell in the building of heaven on earth by every thought, action and deed? Or do we continue the excuses of accepting society’s push of filth as the norm we’ll always see? Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray we can reflect on our own experience as the faith, hope and love we live for Christ’s charity. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has our constant prayers. LORD from Psalm 12:2-3, 8, I chant, “Help, LORD, for no one loyal remains; the faithful have vanished from the children of men.
