Purpose appeared

Get up now, and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you as a servant and witness of what you have seen [of me] and what you will be shown. I shall deliver you from this people and from the Gentiles to whom I send you, to open their eyes that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may obtain forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been consecrated by faith in me. Acts 26:16-18

May God be gracious to us and bless us; may His face shine upon us. Ps 67:2

All who heard it were amazed by what had been told them by the shepherds. And Mary kept all these things, reflecting on them in her heart. Luke 2:18-19

We welcome a New Year seemingly directing us to account for our time not just what we like to do or a place we like to ride our bike. No, God is asking for effort, energy and enthusiasm to accomplish Works of Wisdom gained from love, faith and hope of Charity not from the episodes of need but living God First without greed. This is what Paul did living as a Saint not to be recognized as such but sharing consecration of the inheritance Jesus set forth for anyone who confesses Jesus is Lord of all. Living for time has no purpose in the Kingdom of Eternity for grace builds up favor as Salvation’s sympathy.

It matters a lot how you spend yours as I am reminded of a line in a Leeland song that asks only what God knows and people wonder or speculate how your private life is led. “What are you doing when nobody is watching.” God asks us to live our life this Way not in block of seasons, schedules and stages but in a surrender to everything Jesus! The Only Way to find His peace, passion and purpose is to practice, pray and proclaim the Truth God jolted you with no matter the experience learning to Distribute Divine Deeds destined for the lost, lonely or languished turning Satan’s time tested testimony. Amen.

Paul asked sir you are who of what I deny

At midday, along the way, O king, I saw a light from the sky, brighter than the sun, shining around me and my traveling companions. We all fell to the ground and I heard a voice saying to me in Hebrew, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is hard for you to kick against the goad.’ And I said, ‘Who are you, sir?’ And the Lord replied, ‘I am Jesus whom you are persecuting.’ Acts 26:13-15

Give to the LORD, you families of nations, give to the LORD glory and might. Psalm 96:7

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. And the Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us, and we saw His glory, the glory as of the Father’s Only Son, full of grace and Truth. John 1:5, 14

Look at your life and what is said to God before He struck you with His Divine Providence and you fell to your knees and cried like a baby the joyous cry of feeling nurtured and comforted allowing relief to come to the pains of passion permitting plague. You know the kind be it sexual or chemical wired in hyperactive senses nose dripping the fervor of fortune wasted in excess or extravagance until the shiny windows at home are no longer clean but covered in most cases with sheets hiding from society what God knows you’ve been doing wrong for way too long.

God knew He could use Saul by his transformation to become Paul letting his kicking of Christ feel ineffective pronto making opposition senseless to a life Paul would now lead influenced by the Divine. The Words God used spoke of the pointless opposition to the influence our Divine Creator was exacting on Saul now Paul to proclaim prayer and practice as the lesson of living Life Eternal. God spoke to him in a Greek proverb saying, “‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is hard for you to kick against the goad.’” We as Paul demonstrated find the exact same calling creating callused knees influenced by the Divine ineffective and senseless to cry or whine but live as God’s Time. Amen.

Dead raised unbelievable occurrence

Why is it thought unbelievable among you that God raises the dead? I myself once thought that I had to do many things against the Name of Jesus the Nazorean, and I did so in Jerusalem. I imprisoned many of the holy ones with the authorization I received from the chief priests, and when they were to be put to death I cast my vote against them. Acts 26:8-10

Blessed are all who fear the LORD, and who walk in His Ways. Psalm 128:1

He went and dwelt in a town called Nazareth, so that what had been spoken through the prophets might be fulfilled, “He shall be called a Nazorean.” Matthew 2:23

Our Saul once against now for by the Light of Christ removing darkness gathered in the cells of ceremony unsure how to react and respond refuting retaliation registered rogue. To kill was to eliminate the freedom of others who felt Salvation was the Promise of Old as Words that have come to Life in Jesus! Amen! You can see the revelations build in the Old Testament until the Messiah came from the Foundation of the world by the Divine Creator Who accepts our forgiveness and penance dripped in the Blood of Christ’s Cross.

To live Redeemed is the find His Way and walk with patience making practice your daily dose of the Word of God accepting the call of prayer talking to God constantly making your Way in His Son, His Spirit and Him as One proclaiming the Kingdom is at Hand by the Works of Redemption risking nothing by the grace of God. Here, God protects you or even prepares you more fully for His Kingdom work. People want to laugh and spite you for finding this peace as God reminds us today that we must step out in joy with smiles, service and salutations of faith resting love in the soulistic call of a man now named Paul made aware by the Will of God as a prophetic Mystery God gives us as goodwill. Amen.

Ancestors Promise trial

“I count myself fortunate, King Agrippa, that I am to defend myself before you today against all the charges made against me by the Jews, especially since you are an expert in all the Jewish customs and controversies. And therefore I beg you to listen patiently.” Acts 26:2-3

For the gods of the nations are idols, but the LORD made the Heavens. Psalm 96:5

It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he should not see death before he had seen the Messiah of the Lord. Luke 2:26

Defending yourself against your own seems really tough for in Truth there is no difference between me and you for love will never have any color, crime or confusion. Paul nor Jesus ever saw others as a color or unequal for He dined with the least to teach the privileged true peace. Placing God First means living for Christ without placing man’s ideas over God’s Divine Design. Jesus asks us to forgive our transgressors as He did when He was Crucified by His own people. Dying of sin doesn’t mean sin will go away but means the person in the soul of goodwill knows there will never be a color of dark or light in Heaven only the colors of rainbows dancing off the wings of angels recognizing Jesus as the One and Only True God.

The similarities of St Paul defending his faith against his own people’s prophetic revelation of the Messiah reminds us love comes not in colors but in soulistic responses to one another in faith by holding up the Word of God as the True Hope for our world’s future. I approach all people by the blessing of Salvation’s Truth even the colorful ones with green or red hair or dreads to the floor who seem to ask more why God allows prayer to work for some but not others is seen in the surrender and faithful daily practice of everything Jesus! There will never be a color to Him or me or all of humanity by praying unceasingly by life’s call to goodwill. Amen.

Paul seemingly innocence they mistook

And Festus said, “King Agrippa and all you here present with us, look at this man about whom the whole Jewish populace petitioned me here and in Jerusalem, clamoring that he should live no longer. I found, however, that he had done nothing deserving death, and so when he appealed to the Emperor, I decided to send him. But I have nothing definite to write about him to our sovereign; therefore I have brought him before all of you, and particularly before you, King Agrippa, so that I may have something to write as a result of this investigation. For it seems senseless to me to send up a prisoner without indicating the charges against him.” Acts 25:24-27

(Joseph) stayed there until the death of Herod, that what the Lord had said through the prophet might be fulfilled, “Out of Egypt I called my son.” Matthew 2:15

Ending twenty five chapters takes our Saul turned Paul to new heights of audiences as he begins his defense to King Agrippa being introduced as petitioned by the populace of Jerusalem and hoping by Festus to bring a better understanding by allowing an outsider to hear him defend himself against the un-founding arguments of heresy before they are allowed to kill him for religious objections. Paul like many of us will soon call on the Lord hearing His messengers of Divine intervention acting on Spiritual growth by the practice, prayer and proclamation of God’s Truth living as Paul obedient to Salvation.

Our audiences too will change fortified by loving His Word and the love His Principles bring to a life of goodwill. To believe in Christ and the Mystery God has given us is to identify with optimistic order to conduct life with Charity in mind through the Only Way to Heaven and the knowledge of Life Eternal foretold and proved throughout the entire Old Testament by every Prophet of Old commissioned by God as Saints to accomplish the Divine Will of our Creator giving Redemption as the Way to live void of fear. Amen.

Sent to Caesar when time will please her

Since I was at a loss how to investigate this controversy, I asked if he were willing to go to Jerusalem and there stand trial on these charges. And when Paul appealed that he be held in custody for the Emperor’s decision, I ordered him held until I could send him to Caesar.” Agrippa said to Festus, “I too should like to hear this man.” He replied, “Tomorrow you will hear him.” Acts 25:20-22

You who love the LORD, hate evil, He protects the souls of the faithful, rescues them from the hand of the wicked. Psalm 97:10

For they did not yet understand the Scripture that He had to rise from the dead. John 20:9

There is a controversy streaming worldwide where humanity seems to be at a loss of how to teach goodwill amongst the right of free will. Amen. Festus was no different unable to truly grasp the Gospels as Truth when control of others was his primary job yet internally aching just like Paul from the Spirit’s movement inside his soul wanting what he was unwilling to proclaim publically what King Agrippa would soon learn in hearing Paul speak of Jesus many the world over would come to believe centuries later.

You know one or two of them questioning if sincerity is real or the fire will only burn while fuel is being poured all over them maybe by you maybe by me but remind each even the ones you don’t know and meet in public corners no matter the locale to practice how to finish the race incorporating the Word of God into every moment of every day asking like me to be forgiven knowing I am yet always feeling unworthy. The Mystery can only be understood if lived by love, faith and hope of Charity basking in prayer by the Light of Christ receiving the Vitamin D of Destiny as the Divine proclamation of all things Eternal. Daze the will free living the “D” of Divine making life His rhyme. Amen.

Person charged without light

(Festus explains to the King,) “I answered them that it was not Roman practice to hand over an accused person before he has faced his accusers and had the opportunity to defend himself against their charge. So when (they) came together here, I made no delay; the next day I took my seat on the tribunal and ordered the man to be brought in. His accusers stood around him, but did not charge him with any of the crimes I suspected. Instead they had some issues with him about their own religion and about a certain Jesus who had died but who Paul claimed was alive.” Acts 25:16-19

Into your hands I commend my spirit; You will redeem me, LORD, God of Truth. Psalm 31:6

Beware of people, for they will hand you over to courts and scourge you in their synagogues, and you will be led before governors and kings for My Sake as a witness before them and the pagans. Matthew 10:17-18

We all scream injustice when anyone gets beat up by the authorities be it police who are sworn to protect yet fail to respect what others give as regret. We all have regrets in life hurting from one situation to the next learning from Paul in his walk of the Way how he no longer recalls the Saul who persecuted the very Mystery of Salvation and found Truth blinding his fight as spite as God stifled the free will of right or wrong in His Sight blind Saul became from His Might falling to his knees he would learn to pray in His Light.

Here, Jesus awakens the small electrodes of the brain to find peace by Salvation’s gain learning not to put on weight as happiness as fame but living in the Armor of God able to reduce anyone’s game to a realization of the Truth by shame. Shame hurts and causes recluse living unless the practice of daily Scripture comes your Way as prayer uttering love, faith and hope of His Charity speaking to Christ constantly proclaiming not debate confidently in pride but the constancy of Redemption we continually strive to never hide or deny but live in Divine Will expressing Life Eternal as justice we can’t divide. Amen.

Condemnation demanded death rehearsed

When a few days had passed, King Agrippa and Bernice arrived in Caesarea on a visit to Festus. Since they spent several days there, Festus referred Paul’s case to the king, saying, “There is a man here left in custody by Felix. When I was in Jerusalem the chief priests and the elders of the Jews brought charges against him and demanded his condemnation. Acts 25:13-15

The Lord is King, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice. Ps 97:1

So they went in haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the infant (Jesus) lying in the manger. Luke 2:16

We overlook the beauty of the reason why we call Christmas Christmas. We overlook the real reason why His birth is something so special. Yes, Salvation. Yes, Life Eternal. Yes, He forgives any sin. Yes, He is a choice as Mary did voice, “My soul proclaims the Greatness of the Lord.” Yes, Paul was condemned for living the Mystery he at first denied. Just like the Baby Jesus fated forced into swaddling clothes born amongst filthy animals and poor yet the Manger brought about the only gift that will take us to Heaven by living in Him rejoicing with friends, family and foes alike feeding what God wants.

Love. Faith. Hope. Christmas is the Word of God in the Flesh brought to us every single day in the Eucharist shared across the world over-and-over-and-over again realizing His real meaning of a birthday we call upon as “Christ’s Mass.” He so loved the world He allowed pain to conquer pestilence bleeding blood that covered boredom built around greed instilling a Mystery we will never be able to conquer but God will allow us to bring Him along to celebrate faith in the hope of all things good. May Christ’s Mass enlighten your being to be Born Again sharing the daily basking in His grace of goodwill. Amen.

Caesar Tribunal Penalty Death Escape

Paul answered, “I am standing before the tribunal of Caesar; this is where I should be tried. I have committed no crime against the Jews, as you very well know. If I have committed a crime or done anything deserving death, I do not seek to escape the death penalty; but if there is no substance to the charges they are bringing against me, then no one has the right to hand me over to them. I appeal to Caesar.” Then Festus, after conferring with his council, replied, “You have appealed to Caesar. To Caesar you will go.” Acts 25:10-12

Some of you listening today might have this “pit” feeling in your stomach reminiscing about the atmosphere of being locked up and tried before even getting a chance to argue your case mediatized as tried and convicted I’m sure as Paul did yet like Paul you became obedient to remaining faithful to the Spirit guiding souls for the reward of Salvation. Paul knew he was innocent of any charge that would cause death while stating he was willing to die for the Way as he openly prayed for God to Save the day.

Surely God Saved the Apostle with His Word utilizing the Truth as the defense Paul expressed like many of you today whereby we live the practice, prayer and proclamation of the love, faith and hope Charity instills for Salvation a knowledge of walking the Way of Wonder embracing the world in supplication given in private or in person the joy of sharing what gets us through our day; Jesus! Join me in prayer of forgiveness. I’m sorry for my sins Lord. Please be with me always. I will try to sin no more calling on Your Name to avoid evil confident Your blessing will amplify my life in goodwill. We pray for the intentions of people reading or listening to us share Your Good News. We pray for each other for our leaders for friends sick or troubled. Drusilla wife of Felix considers

Several days later Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was Jewish. He had Paul summoned and listened to him speak about faith in Christ Jesus. But as he spoke about righteousness and self-restraint and the coming judgment, Felix became frightened and said, “You may go for now; when I find an opportunity I shall summon you again.” Acts 24:24-25

No one is disgraced who waits for You, but only those who are treacherous without cause. Psalm 25:3

Immediately his mouth was opened, his tongue freed, and he spoke blessing God. Luke 1:64

Many a times I have sat and listened to people speak about Jesus mesmerized mostly by the thought of living life forever yet captivated by the ability to speak about the Gospels as led by the Spirit. Many a time Jesus has given me the words to speak by the obedient surrender I delve daily in practice sharing the Way by prayer living out every proclaimed joy of love, faith and hope of Life Eternal in Charity closing the past for Christ’s future.

While Felix was also fascinated with Paul’s words, he knew his marriage was unlawful with Drusilla yet provided more information to speak about when it comes to living for Jesus. Paul spoke openly of repenting when speaking to the couple which greatly distressed Felix for he knew Paul was speaking of his deeds his life his sin.

I know, I get it, It is hard to give up everything to live for the well-being of someone else grasping the meek to meander and to greet the needy with open arms of harmony giving someone else the hug they need before eating a meal or sipping water they haven’t had without someone giving them grief for being homeless. God knows we are going to make mistakes and He asks us to recognize His Mercy in His Only Son Jesus. Amen. He is the ONLY Way to Heaven who can free your tongue to proclaim His glory. Amen.
