Wig’s Word of God Today 9-13-2012

Do good for mankind before it’s too late for mankind to so something good for God.

Love your enemies and do good to them, and lend expecting nothing back; then your reward will be great and you will be children of the Most High, for He Himself is kind to the ungrateful and the wicked. Luke 6:35

First Corinthians 8:1-7, 11-13, Psalm 139 & Luke 6:27-38

It seems hard to fathom that God “is kind to the ungrateful and the wicked” allowing mischief, lust and greed to thrive instead of faith, hope and love. What we fail to see and understand is God allows us to have “free will” directing our lives to accomplish what our heart’s desire is until that faithful day we will all meet Him face-to-face and be judged by His Divine Goodness.

God will push you along to find Eternal Life in Heaven or you’ll end up being shoved to the depths of the Netherworld to experience Eternal damnation in flames of wailing and grinding of teeth. God will either say “Come to my Eternal Rest” or “When did I know you?” I am reminded of the statement, “What have you done for Me lately?” for God seeks the inner most desire of the heart to embrace the Salvation of Sin by accepting His Son as your LORD and Savior.

I’d be worried it is too late if on my deathbed I called out to God asking for forgiveness and favor after living a life of self and sin. I pray we can all find the courage to do something for the good of mankind before it’s too late for mankind to so something good for God. We must all love our enemies as ourselves not allowing them to take advantage of us but praying fervently for their conversion of heart. Do good to your enemy means to offer prayers of faith, hope and love where God will see the goodness of your heart even for those who hate you. Amen.

Let us pray: Dear LORD, we pray today for our enemies to find conversion of heart. You LORD know our hearts as we pray to Glorify You in all things. Eternal Blessed Life by His Name.

Blessed are you when people hate you, and when they exclude and insult you, and denounce your name as evil on account of the Son of Man. Luke 6:22

First Corinthians 7:25-31, Psalm 45 & Luke 6:20-26

A life of Christ can be a very trying time amidst people you’d believe would be more welcoming and less prideful encouraging your surrender but everyone is different and even the people who have taken vows of obedience, charity and conversion of manners are only human falling short of acting Christ-like in their daily walk.

When we lift our lives past the distractions and envy felt, we can focus on the Truth God instills in our souls to become more Christ-like in every step we take shedding the confusion of people’s envy, pride and lust. Become steadfast in your walk by practice, prayer and preaching to the people who need it the most.

A close friend in Christ reminded me yesterday that God uses us all in different ways as I may go about God’s Work in a more subtle way and others may walk the walk in more subdued ways. Each way we encounter will align ourselves with God’s Purpose by never allowing the jealous negativity from others to weigh you down. For “blessed are you when people hate you, and when they exclude and insult you.” Amen.

Let us pray: Dear God, we pray today for people who hate and spill insults because of our love of You. We pray for Erin Tuckwell to find comfort and healing in You LORD. You LORD know our hearts as we pray to Glorify You in all things. Make us unafraid of placing You First allowing every breath to be for You. We are thankful LORD in practice, prayer and preaching. Jesus Christ is Risen! We pray in His Precious Name indeed. Amen.

Wig’s Word of God Today 9-11-2012

They will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

Do you not realize that people who do evil will never inherit the Kingdom of God? Some of you used to be of that kind: but you have been washed clean, you have been sanctified, and you have been justified in the name of the LORD Jesus Christ and through the Spirit of our God. First Corinthians 6: 9a, 11

First Corinthians 6:1-11, Psalm 149 & Luke 6:12-19

I remember this day well. It’s hard to forget when your country gets attacked by radicals taking over airplanes and flying them into buildings killing innocent fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles alongside so many men and women just because they went to work that day. I remember the reports and pictures of these men who trained secretly across our country to slap us in the face on the day of 911. It was as if they made a mockery out of our emergency system using the same day we use as numbers when a real emergency arises.

The reports of how they would have beautiful virgins upon their arrival in a heaven seemed only to make us laugh aloud as we face the Truth with absolute conviction of God’s Word knowing they were judged by a God Who would hand them their just reward. “None of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.” We realize as God-fearing people that mankind is not rewarded for doing evil just as much as we realize a person who blows himself up will not receive beautiful virgins in heaven once they arrive.

Our task as Christians is to continue carrying His Word above our heads as a tool to teach how forgiveness really works. We must never lose sight of why God instructed Prophets of Old to allow mankind to live in harmony with their God and know He has and will forgive us when we sin against Him. September 11^th, 2001 will live in our hearts forever as a day we learned to band together as people of faith, hope and love.

We too have to forgive these bombers as God has instructed us to forgive our trespassers as we forgive those who trespass against us. We must eagerly educate ourselves of God’s Truth and be prepared to share His love anyplace, anytime and anywhere. September 11^th is a day we must remember in honor of those who died according to the Will of God they lived in their lives as we eagerly hope we “have been justified in the name of the LORD Jesus Christ and through the Spirit of our God.” Amen.

Let us pray: Dear God, we pray today people of faith will surrender to Your Son’s Truth of forgiveness. We pray in memory of the lives lost eleven years ago today. You LORD know our hearts as we pray to Glorify You in all things. Make us unafraid of placing You First allowing every breath to be for You. We are thankful LORD in practice, prayer and preaching. Jesus Christ is Risen! We pray in His Precious Name indeed. Amen.

Boasting in the Sincerity and Truth by the New Yeast of Christ.

Clear out the old yeast, so that you may become a fresh batch of dough, inasmuch as you are unleavened. For our Paschal Lamb, Christ, has been Sacrificed. Therefore let us celebrate the feast, not with the old yeast, the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of Sincerity and Truth. 1^st Corinthians 5:7-8

First Corinthians 5:1-8, Psalm 5 & Luke 6:6-11

How I love You LORD. My Jesus Who takes away the sins of the world. How I love You in the New Life You offer the world. I will give You worship LORD placing You First to find all things in the Always You love humanity by. All of my heart is Yours. The New Yeast leavens by the Blood of “our Paschal Lamb” giving us cause to celebrate, chastise and cherish the world around us for the Glory of God Almighty.

Your boasting will not keep you in His Grace of Truth. Your desire to place party, progress and pleasure over God’s Decrees will not win you freedom in the eyes of God. We are obviously feeling what is “widely reported that there is immorality among you” “inflated with pride” “have already, as if present, pronounced judgment on the one who has committed this deed, in the Name of our LORD Jesus.” “Your boasting is not appropriate.”

We are asking America to stop being silent and to focus on the courage we need for everything we are called to be for our Father’s Glory. Don’t allow people to balk at your desire to stand up in and out of church establishing a discussion of sacrifice not silence, courage not karma, aligned with action not assumption. We must live our faith in thought, action and deed not relishing our involvement in church to only on Sundays but each and every minute of every day.

Specifically America, we must talk about our country’s leader’s love of God Truth as well as their lack of loving God’s Truth. We must recognize their boasting as being detrimental to our country’s welfare. We must allow fresh faces who celebrate, chastise and cherish God’s People by His Word’s Truth.

God tells us to celebrate Him in His Word, His Body and His Blood. God instructs us to chastise people in love by teaching not torturing loving not lashing for Salvation not selfishness. God tells us to cherish the fetus that creates the family bonded by His gift of friendship and love between a man and a woman. To procreate not decimate the Family’s Core.

Let us pray: Dear God, we pray today we are your fresh dough of courage, constancy and charity for the world to be silent no more. We pray day nine of a Novena of prayers for Sal Defede’s healing and peace. We pray for Jessica’s arm to be healed. You LORD know our hearts as we pray to Glorify You in all things. Judge not for Divine Favor as He Promised.

Did not God choose those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the Kingdom that He promised to those who love Him? James 2:5

Isaiah 35:4-7, Psalm 146, James 2:1-5 & Mark 7:31-37

We learn today in James the way any person of faith as well as the Christian Community as a whole should act towards anyone based on status, life styles, wealth, or family connections of favoritism teaching instead that Divine favor consists of God’s Promises and His Own selection of grace. If we oppress the poor, homeless and uneducated, we curse the Name of Christ Jesus for in violating the law of love of neighbor we offend against the whole law.

James recognized as should we that living surrendered for Christ Jesus we must be keenly aware of His final judgment helping people who believe fulfill the whole law. We must void our desire to serve the rich only as not to set ourselves up as judges who judge not by God’s Own Decrees but by the corrupt self-absorbed desires of the heart. Jesus loved “God’s Poor” as described in the Old Testament just as much as anyone else but He seem conscious of their openness and reliance on Him alone for the Truth in God’s Word cannot and will not accept oppression in any form.

There seems to be a lot of discussion in the main stream media these past few months of a minute secular contention trying to persuade a majority of believers in our population that their own desires of Biblical immorality that by which no one can contest the obvious fornication of sexes does not procreate but pro devastate the family unit as a whole. We begin to see others who have called out to God in public, reverse their stance and call it intolerable and prejudice to preach the Truth as taught in a billion Bibles daily across the world. I’d like to ask who really seems to be expressing intolerance here?

We as believers know people want to conduct themselves in ungodly ways that obviously do not procreate as designed by God. We do not celebrate the act or condone participating in it in any way. We simply know we must love them as ourselves praying for their conversion of heart accepting the Truth as proclaimed in His Holy Word. We do not judge by saying we are against them receiving the Sacrament of Marriage for same sex couples who want to join their lives in a commitment of love for it too must be celebrated as a love God is aware of and must be the ONLY judge of in the end.

We simply abide by the Truth as instructed and we do not try and fornicate its Truth by our own twisted desires of the heart. We must continue to teach, transform and tolerate the minority of unbelievers of the world and stop being silent as a majority of God-fearing people to God’s Divine Purpose for Humanity. We as a people of faith cannot run any more acting out in silence based upon a tax code engrained in the American conscious.

Since 1954, the word separation of church and state has for far too long slowly but surely destroyed our core family unit strangling our God-given right as Christians to voice and act on God’s Divine Decrees. Please stop America. Please stand up and take our country back. Please. YOU (we) are the majority. You (we) collectively outnumber any and all secular writers, media machines and political lifers who have destroyed our Constitution.

You (we), the millions of Americans who believe by placing “God First” you’ll see His graces beyond your wildest angelic desires of the heart, must stand up this year and vote your belief’s as taught to all believers in God’s Holy Word. There is nothing to change in Scripture. There is everything to change in attitude toward living your “Faithful Citizenship” finding the Divine Favor He Promised. Amen.

Wig’s Word of God Today 9-8-2012

All things are called for His Purpose loving the God of Good.

We know that all things work for good for those who love God, who are called according to His Purpose. Romans 8:28

Romans 8:28-30, Psalm 13 & Matthew 1:18-23

When you feel the call of God, there is an urgent feeling in your soul to give everything up for our LORD no matter the cost no matter the consequences. You feel the sense of His Spirit and take upon God’s Will of living for His Purpose. Mary the Mother of God heard this call from the Angel Gabriel becoming the “handmaid” of the LORD’s Purpose.

She loudly yet calmly took the Call as the “Womb of Salvation” growing Christ in her belly displaying her Grace of Immaculate Conception. I’m sure you’d agree men that Joseph had to have an Angel come tell him it’s God’s destined purpose or it would take an awful large commitment of love to forgive and relish God’s Will of a child being born by His Hand.

I’m sure many of you have had similar dreams of angelic visitations that you  haven’t shared with anyone as God allows us to relish the divine presence of our Creator of Truth. The picture has been painted in lavish colors of grace crossing all spectrums allowing a glow of serenity resonate in your soul. Your Pardon. Your Passion. Your Purpose.

You couldn’t ignore it any more than Mary could ignore the growing of our Salvation in her womb. People are going to see it in your face as the smile of Christ reaches out and touches the masses around you. Everything Mary did from that point worked for the good of God’s Plan for her destined to touch humanity. She gave Him the Name of Salvation: Jesus. He was given the Name that freed us from sin: Jesus the Christ.

Saved by grace we find every purpose for living for His Truth. No balking at our call but accepting the God’s Work as joy even in the midst of the tiredness of our soul. In our calling we are justified to do whatever God leads us to accomplish God’s Glory in our heart.  “And those He predestined He also called; and those He called He also justified; and those He justified He also glorified.” Romans 8:30

When we discover all things are called for His Purpose loving the God of Good, your pardon, your passion and your purpose comes to life. Surrendered in all things to work for good not evil. Salvation not sin. Charity not excess. Make choices of Truth. Let people see your love of loving Christ Jesus. Amen.

Wig’s Word of God Today 9-7-2012

His Light will manifest the motives of our heart.

He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will manifest the motives of our hearts, and then everyone will receive praise from God. First Corinthians 4: 5

First Corinthians 4:1-5, Psalm 37 & Luke 5:33-39

Do you find God bringing to Light the areas of darkness in your life? Can you find His Truth illuminated by your practice, prayer and preaching? Take a moment and look at your life with an open heart. Do you really give your all to God in everything you do? The darkness our lives are run by cause us to make hidden decisions of the heart that we believe God just forgives us for in the end? You know what I mean, the occasional impure thoughts or the fornication of excess that separates us from God.

I have heard people tell me God will forgive me in the end but I’d like to ask: What if He doesn’t? What if on your death bed you make amends to God pleading for your lost life as you stand before Him and He says “I don’t know you. Did you feed my sheep? Did you clothe My naked? Did you console the ones who were lost and lonely? Did you share my Son’s Gospel of Salvation with anyone?” We are charged to be a people of faith, hope and love.

We are not given get out of sin cards for living selfishly our entire lives unless we truly repent and live according to His Word forming righteous living amidst the excess of self, lust and greed. We must denounce sin seeking not our own will but the Will of God to practice, pray and preach. Paul reminds us today “everyone will receive praise from God” by manifesting the motives of our heart. Will you illuminate what is hidden in your life by His Truth and manifest His Spirit of Truth in everything you do? Love your love of His Light. Amen.

Let us boast in God’s Truth not as republicans or democrats but as Americans first.

So let no one boast about human beings, for everything belongs to you, and you to Christ, and Christ to God. First Corinthians 3:21, 23

Master, we have worked hard all night and have caught nothing, but at your command I will lower the nets. When they had done this, they caught a great number of fish and their nets were tearing. He fell at the knees of Jesus and said, “Depart from me, LORD, for I am a sinful man.” Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching men. Luke 5: 5b-6, 8b, 10d

First Corinthians 3:18-23, Psalm 24 & Luke 5:1-11

It is that time in history that God is reminding us we should be casting our votes as Americans of faith, hope and love obedient to the Word of God in all things void of party musings but unified in God’s Directives living out our faith in Christ not human beings. Paul had to remind the Corinthians this too that if they were genuinely wise their perceptions would be reversed seeing everything in the world and all those with whom they exist in the church in their true relations with one another. Paul was saying to them to place God and Jesus Christ first taking ownership of all decisions by and through the Decrees established by God and carried out by Christ in His New Covenant of faith, hope and love.

Paul made it clear that people of faith who believe Christ is LORD have an obligation to serve God not man acting with Truth not deception. I believe God is reminding us today to be a people of faith in every action we take especially when it comes to voting our leaders into office. The people living in the newly formed 27^th District of Florida here in Miami-Dade County are being challenged to vote their faith even more in today’s society. The incumbent Ileana Ros-Lehtinen who has been on office for 24 years is a Republican gone sour to living God’s Truth. She has come out in support of gay marriage aligning with a president who believes gay marriage is the right thing to do going against everything God commands in His Word.

Today we see God speaking to us in Scripture in saying, “So let no one boast about human beings, for everything belongs to you, and you to Christ, and Christ to God.” I’ve heard people say we should stay aligned with party principles and it seems funny to me I have to remind people that God sees the person of faith by his actions not a party of political thoughts. God is asking us to vote our faith not as men and women of the world depending on human beings but as men and women of faith living the Truth of God’s Word. God is reminding us that His Word cannot be changed for men or women’s lustful hearts of any party. God is reminding us to boast in God’s Truth not as republicans or democrats but as Americans first. Amen.

Deceive not yourself

Consider not wisdom felt

By humans in any age of self

Become a fool as God’s love dealt

God sees wisdom of self foolishness

God catches the wise in their own ruses

Wisdom void of God are in thoughtlessness

For God knows the thoughts of ungodliness

Human beings will not boast of Truth

In Christ we boast as Fishers of Youth

While there is jealousy and rivalry among you, are you not of the flesh, and behaving in an ordinary human way? Therefore, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, Who causes the growth. First Corinthians 3:3, 7

First Corinthians 3:1-9, Psalm 33 & Luke 4:38-44

Paul taught there are two different types of people who either are living in the Spirit or the flesh indicating their appropriate age of development in God’s strength amongst them. If “there is jealousy and rivalry among you,” Paul teaches you are of the flesh as a little child “behaving in an ordinary human way.” When we become Spiritual and mature, our perceptions and behaviors become Christ-like allowing us to mimic the Truth God instills in our heart by His Spirit if Truth.

You will always encounter people who act according to their level of understanding of God’s Word leaving choices of our daily lives to chance instead of calling out to God constantly living in His Spirit of faith, hope and love. While we may serve the Church, Paul reminds us we are and always will be accountable to God. We are accountable to our Father just as Christ was to “proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom of God.” This task is a job we must place first in our lives to live in God’s Will of sharing His Son’s Salvation.

A project of living daily in faith, hope and love growing out of the flesh and into His Spirit of Truth. There will be times that our community or our hometown will reject us but Christ reminds us today that other locations will embrace the Truth of God we share just as reaction of these strangers in Capernaum is presented in contrast to the reactions of those in His hometown who rejected Him. Are you growing out of the flesh and into the Spirit prepared to share the Good News of Christ Jesus?

In prayer we ask: Dear LORD, we pray today we can live in Your Spirit growing as men and women of faith, hope and love shedding our fleshy desires of sin. We pray day four of a Novena of prayers for Sal Defede’s healing and peace. We pray for tolerance LORD. We pray for every special intention of any soul who reads this prayer. You LORD know our hearts as we pray to Glorify You in all things. Make us unafraid of placing You First allowing every breath to be for You. We are thankful LORD in practice, prayer and preaching. Jesus Christ is Risen! We pray in His Precious Name indeed. Amen.

To remind them of flesh

Belong to Christ we must sing

Not as men by Spiritual beings

For I and Apollo are mere men

Ministers you seek to comprehend

Are you foolish in judgment or Spirit in Truth?

Now the natural person does not accept what pertains to the Spirit of God, for to him it is foolishness, and he cannot understand it, because it is judged spiritually. The spiritual person, however, can judge everything but is not subject to judgment by anyone.  First Corinthians 2:14-15

First Corinthians 2:10-16, Psalm 145 & Luke 4:31-37

When Paul was teaching the Corinthians, he understood they expected to received wisdom from his teaching but he wanted them to understand that “True Wisdom” comes from the Spirit of God that dwells in us all allowing them to enter into a wisdom-conversation with him if they were more open to the Spirit and receptive to the new insight and language that the Spirit teaches. 

The wisdom God offers us through His Spirit allows us to know and live Christ’s Salvation which Paul labels the “True Wisdom” of God welling up inside us that allows us to share with faith, hope and love. Originally mankind wasn’t given the grace to understand this until God allowed Himself to come in the form of a man to live undefiled being tortured for sharing His Truth dying for the sins of the world rising to conquer death and prove He was God after all.

Paul considered this the Eternal Secret finally revealed in Jesus Christ allowing the Church to celebrate God’s Mystery by His Spirit of Truth. When learn today, a spiritual person is not subject to judgment: since spiritual persons have been given knowledge of what pertains to God, they share in God’s own capacity to judge.

One to whom the mind of the LORD and Christ is revealed can be said to share in some sense in God’s exemption from counseling and criticism allowing a perfection of His Truth to accomplish all you seek to live. We are free in Christ as He is free in the Spirit to move you to faith, hope and love. We know in our hearts judgment only comes from God and God alone. Are you foolish in judgment or Spirit in Truth?
