Desire evil impure earthly pains endure
Put to death, then, the parts of you that are earthly: immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and the greed that is idolatry. Because of these the wrath of God is coming [upon the disobedient]. By these you too once conducted yourselves, when you lived in that way. But now you must put them all away: anger, fury, malice, slander, and obscene language out of your mouths. Colossians 3:5-8
Whoever teaches something different and does not agree with the sound Words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the religious teaching is conceited, understanding nothing, and has a morbid disposition for arguments and verbal disputes. From these come envy, rivalry, insults, evil suspicions, and mutual friction among people with corrupted minds, who are deprived of the Truth, supposing religion to be a means of gain. 1st Tim 6:3-5

How desperate we become when earthly parts begin aching for the excess of life no matter the thrill or temptation death of self must come to the surrendered exclaiming daily the call of freedom in the Chastity of Christ. This is simplistic moral style God seeks from all of us in a practice of reading His Word daily letting acts of love intertwine with faith produced with enduring prayer proclaiming eternal hope of Christ’s Salvation.
The message of Life Eternal draws each of us to the Goodwill God placed around the act of forgiveness knowing less fear by the peace taught of News Good in God’s Kingdom. We are asked to journey for Him making not gains of the world which can’t be dragged behind a hearse in a moving van but the gains of understanding lifted in wisdom sought in Infinity versus idolatry. News Good of God’s Kingdom deprives evil optometry. Amen.
So we pray, LORD, allow us to live News Good of God’s Kingdom sharing Pardon’s Peace. Novena prayers day nine for Patricia S.
