Her acquired earnings picks field of dreams

She rises while it is still night, and distributes food to her household, a portion to her maidservants. She picks out a field and acquires it; from her earnings she plants a vineyard. She girds herself with strength; she exerts her arms with vigor. Proverbs 31:15-17

Although I am free in regard to all, I have made myself a slave to all so as to win over as many as possible. To the weak I became weak, to win over the weak. I have become all things to all, to save at least some. All this I do for the sake of the Gospel, so that I too may have a share in it. First Corinthians 9:19, 22-23

Proverbs 31:13-17, First Corinthians 9:16-23 & Mark 1:29-39

Look back over your life and if you had a mother in the house she usually was in every corner of the home making sure you had clean clothes or clean floors as she kept everyone happy with the wonderful tastes and smells of nutrition centered around the family history of city or country or somewhere in between in a life evident from the cornbread she baked or the bacon and chicken created smells that make your lips water. From days past until now we have seen a huge shift in what many would see as traditional versus modern where the mother’s job no longer is taking care of her household as she is replaced with a career woman raising not her own covered in self.

Many of the world can be witnessed motherless swapped with the father watching huge treehouses go up in the backyard as steak and potato becomes the norm. Yes, there are so many differences now it’s hard for one to keep up with them all. The one who is free in Christ will see the need to make the Works of the Gospel to be taught and modeled in every aspect of life regarding Charity as the norm over self desires that are born. No matter mom or dad in Christ the world over families can rebuild the home to model love, faith and hope in our practice, prayer and proclamation giving back to God the witness His grace allows granting every family member a portion of His Reward. What seems switched for self in family must be swapped back for Salvation over fame. Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray families revived in Charity’s Redemption. Prayers for Kairos Prison #50. Prayers for my son Jeff. Prayers for Dr. Cruz†Peluca.  LORD from Proverbs 27:11 I chant; “Be wise, my son, and bring joy to my heart, so that I can answer whoever taunts me.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

She is this or that a woman who naturally weaves

Hands skillful from wool warmth she conceived

Fleet merchant afar provisions secured she retrieves

Nighttime rising household food nourishment achieved

Servants alike enjoy distributed diet of her family needs

Vineyard planted her acquired earnings picks field of dreams

Strength girded in her exertion by vigor arms she is believed

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
