Surely His majesty will frighten you and dread of Him fall upon you. Your reminders are ashy maxims, your fabrications mounds of clay. Be silent! Let me alone that I may speak, no matter what happens to me. I will carry my flesh between my teeth, and take my life in my hand. Job 13:11-14

Own life in God Job declares

Surely His majesty will frighten you and dread of Him fall upon you. Your reminders are ashy maxims, your fabrications mounds of clay. Be silent! Let me alone that I may speak, no matter what happens to me. I will carry my flesh between my teeth, and take my life in my hand. Job 13:11-14

Answer me when I call, my saving God. When troubles hem me in, set me free; take pity on me, hear my prayer. Psalm 4:2

Repent, therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be wiped away. Acts 3:19

(Jesus) said to them, “These are My words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about Me in the Law of Moses and in the prophets and psalms must be fulfilled.” Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures. Luke 24:44-45

Job 13:11-14, Psalm 4, Acts 3:13-26 & Luke 24:36-49

Job sees his friend’s responses as inconsequential focused not on the partiality God has given him in virtue throughout his years blessed beyond fear seeking the head-to-head square off with God in this justice only a person who lives right can duly ask for. Job takes his life and presents it before God as the proof he knows in his soul he has lived for the One and Only True God. His friends being unaware God had His Hand in Job’s plight remains fixed on the one afflicted by God by sinning not in his proving virtue.

We always seem to think we are right when it comes to allowing God to instruct us in ways we think are not possible yet find ourselves in all the time for choosing self over sainthood. Job constantly calling out His Name in a love guided by practice living the hope in a constant prayerful faith of proclaiming no matter the pain or confusion his body encounters. We must allow God to open our “minds to understand the Scriptures” infusing us with the discernment of repentance to live Redeemed in Jesus Christ! Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray our minds are opened by You LORD to understand the Scriptures. Novena prayers day five for Donna B. and Mo. Prayers for Kairos Prison #50. Prayers for my son Jeff. Prayers for Dr. Cruz†Peluca.  LORD from Job 13:15 I chant; “Slay me though He might, I will wait for Him; I will defend my conduct before Him.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Evangelization through Scripture Poetry

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
