Wig’s Word of God Today 9-9-2011
This saying is trustworthy and deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Of these I am the foremost.
1 Timothy 1:15
No disciple is superior to the Teacher; but when fully trained, every disciple will be like his Teacher. Luke 6:40
1 Timothy 1:1-2, 12-15, Psalm 16 & Luke 6:39-42
There comes a time in everyone’s life when we accept the Grace of God by acknowledging their sins and repent to work Truth into our lives our die from the Truth of God within us. Working Truth into your life can be painful in a lot of ways because you face demons that have driven your soul for too long and in many cases avert a certain death if you had not of accepted Christ’s Truth and His Redemption. It’s kind of like waving a white flag from a distance and pinning a “I surrender” tag to your shirt at all times. For almost seven complete years my surrender has pinned a Holy Spirit Cross on my collar to be an outer obvious sign of my love for God as well as shirts, ties and the like showing my love of Jesus as the obvious sign stating “I’m a sinner.” As Paul states in One Timothy, “Of these I am foremost.”
Often my Scripture study will cause people to write me and express gratitude or stories of faith I like to share because it gives us all an opportunity to see the different ways one can be proactive to share the Gospel of Christ Jesus. We can never forget the Cross and what it means to our Salvation for without His Death we cannot live free of guilt and shame of past, present or future lives of sinful mistakes. Jesus reminds us today we must seek ways to become fully trained in the Gospel He shared with His Disciples to become like Him for the Salvation of Souls. To learn about His love from people who are knowledgeable of the Word of God to give us direction and courage in sharing Christ’s Salvation. When you lead someone to know Christ and then see their conversion before your very eyes, it has an amazing way of fueling your soul to do more for His Father’s Glory. We seek to learn His Truth to surrender our life to His Way of living in peace. Amen.
So we ask in prayer: Dear God, we pray today people will learn to admit their sins and repent seeking Your Son’s Way of living. We pray for Paula in Africa serving Your people in need. We pray for my cousin’s recovery and her brother’s heart test today. We pray for my daughter’s peace and healing. We pray this in the Name of Christ Jesus. Amen.

Romans 8:28
“Spirit led God inspired Christ fed“
A Beam of Truth to Teach His Help
A Parable of sight
Blind leading the blind
Not leading each other
Not sure what they’ll find
The Teacher will always be
The Test for us all to see
A surrender of sin and guilt
Shedding lust and filth
He trains a Disciple
To be like Him
Knowing His Word
Daily repenting from sin
Do not seek to pull their splinter
Judging not a cold hearted sinner
Clear your vision from excess of self
Clearly you will see Christ’s Eternal Wealth
A Beam of Truth to Teach His Help
