Solomon warned against adultery

Those who commit adultery have no sense; those who do it destroy themselves. They will be beaten and disgraced, and their shame will not be wiped away. Proverbs 6:32-33

Now someone approached him and said, “Teacher, what good must I do to gain Eternal Life?” He answered him, “Why do you ask Me about the good? There is only One who is good. If you wish to enter into life, keep the Commandments.” He asked Him, “Which ones?” And Jesus replied, “‘You shall not kill; you shall not commit adultery; you shall not steal; you shall not bear false witness; honor your father and your mother’; and ‘you shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ Matthew 19:16-19

Ezekiel 24:15-24, Proverbs 6:24-35 & Matthew 19:16-22

Eternal Life has been and will be the “Crown Victoria” of any and all humans taking upon their hearts the desire to know Eternity without limitations or invitations seeking only the desires of the heart void of obedient living. What are we to be obedient to might come the question of the person overwhelmed as the young man talking to Jesus of so many possessions that it may be hard to let go of such earthly assets.

What God built up He will let return to the universe as dust recognizing not the surrender God asks of us all basking in a Covenant celebrated even more in the one-on-one path of uniting for His Purpose as One in Him. This Covenant called marriage cannot be humiliated by adultery given as a Command to follow celebrating the Oneness you become in them that unites you in Christ’s Salvation as the Eternal Life we all crave.

My wife and I celebrate this Covenant as Soul-Mates in Christ calling on Him in everything we do placing God First as a statement of complete surrender. The items we build up can create confusion in our life masking the charity or the works by clutter we all must give up or clean out every now and then. Call out to Jesus in prayer asking Him what He wants you to shed or give away growing in faith, hope and love as One. Amen. Will you follow the answer of the young man or get up and dance? Matt 19:20-22

The young man said to him, “All of these I have observed. What do I still lack?” esus said to him, “If you wish to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to [the] poor, and you will have treasure in Heaven. Then come, follow Me.” When the young man heard this statement, he went away sad, for he had many possessions.”

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to follow Jesus LORD to know Eternal Life. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. LORD, from Proverbs 6:35 I chant, “He will not consider any restitution, nor be satisfied by your many bribes.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

I am surrendered in Christ,

Solomon warned against adultery

Woman foreign keep from your heart

Wife of another tongue smooth untrustworthy

Not captivating beauty lust not smart

Life precious trap

Woman married price

Burned garments attacked

Bosom coal-burned advice

Vengeance enraged passion pity none

Adultery sense none husband no fun

Restitution considered not shame cannot run

Bribes beaten satisfied disgrace he will shun

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
