Perished from belly pain

Why did I not die in the womb, why did I not perish when I came out of the belly? Job 3:11

Then you will cry for help and Yahweh will answer; you will call and he will say, ‘I am here.’ If you do away with the yoke, the clenched fist and malicious words, if you deprive yourself for the hungry and satisfy the needs of the afflicted, your light will rise in the darkness, and your darkest hour will be like noon. Isaiah 58:9-10

Jesus said to them in reply, ‘It is not those that are well who need the Doctor, but the sick. I have come to call not the upright but sinners to repentance.’ Luke 5:31-32

Job 3:11-15, Isaiah 58:9-14 & Luke 5:27-32

We never do get tired of complaining and it may seem like Job’s doing the same thing as he continues his dialogue of one man’s misfortunes wanting like most to never be born when situations arise we struggle to cope with. Sometimes the coping goes on for year-and-years reliving a fear in our inability to let go and let God be God. We want Him to solve our problems here-and-now screaming aloud the resounding misery of self unable to find the reasons to place God First without knowledge of how to practice surrender.

Your surrender allows your cry for help to be answered giving you the understanding of how the Spirit will guide you as One with Christ. Instead of complaining and moaning or groaning we can turn script into wisdom by sharing His Word in every thought, action and deed grasping practice, prayer and proclamation of forgiveness living Charity. We live Christ in this need to give where we might not give before. We find a Light glowing in the darkness calling “sinners to repentance” where our moans become love.

We must love above all else allowing faith in Charity- Jesus be the hope we give our love to so as to love anyone we come across and call our friends in Christ or people of Goodwill for humanity. We may not always see eye-to-eye in our revelation of God’s Truth or understand the graces given by God in a complete surrender yet we must share the Gospel in all ways the Spirit will call you to share. We must never let pride get in our way of living what God will call each of us to know. Once practice begins prayer life will never end and Truth will be seen in every shadow your life will offer to Christ. Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to help those who cry for help by living God First. Novena prayers day one for St. Louis Emmaus brothers. Novena prayers Day seven for our Run for Life team. Prayers for Kairos Prison #50. Prayers for my son Jeff. Prayers for Dr. Cruz†Peluca.  LORD from Job 4:6 I chant; “Is not your piety a source of confidence, and your integrity of life your hope?” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Breasts suckled in shame

Asleep wish God relieved

Solitudes built protection grieved

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
