Confidence Psalm of protection

God is our refuge and our strength, an ever-present help in distress. Ps 46:2

Light produces every kind of goodness and righteousness and Truth. Try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. Ephesians 5:9-10

While I am in the world, I am the light of the world. Then Jesus said, “I came into this world for judgment, so that those who do not see might see, and those who do see might become blind. John 9:5, 39

First Samuel 16:1-13, Psalm 46, Ephesians 5:8-14 & John 9:1-41

God reminds us today we are forever able to obtain help and strength in any situation by simply just calling on the LORD in Truth. When we place the Truth first in our lives, we find His grace amongst the lost souls of the world seeking a light to help them overcome darkness only available in the Truth of Christ Jesus. Jesus asks us to embrace His Light that helps us see more clearly yet we still cling to human tradition leaving our love of faith, hope and love for selfish desire of the heart. We become blind to the Truth be ignoring the Light our early life was guided by even if we denied His Light as child growing into an adult.

Today in Dallas, Texas I visited the John F. Kennedy assassination location strolling around in sort of stupor praying silently for the soul of a man whose ideas caused someone to shoot and kill him. I spoke in depth to a security guard discussing how life brought us through ups and downs of ignoring the Light that today God asks us both to share with the world to help others see the Light Christ beckons all to embrace. He told me his life now is filled with the Light of Truth seeking the faith, hope and love of community to bear all things and witness to all things. Some will be blind to this but will see by the Light you illuminate in your thoughts, your actions and your deeds. Be not blind to Jesus in the Light He allows you to be the charity He calls us all to live. Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to see Light to overcome blindness. Prayers for Kairos Prison Ministry of DCI #49. Greg Bishop has our never ending prayers. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. LORD, from Psalm 46:5 I chant, “Streams of the river gladden the City of God, the holy dwelling of the Most High.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

In the cause of Truth, meekness, and justice may Your Right Hand show Your Wondrous Deeds. Psalm 45:5

For it is loyalty that I desire, not sacrifice, and knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings. Hosea 6:6

But the tax collector stood off at a distance and would not even raise his eyes to heaven but beat his breast and prayed, ‘O God, be merciful to me a sinner.’ Luke 18:13

Hosea 6:1-6, Psalm 45 & Luke 18:9-14

We listen to the king sing a love song today to the princess of Tyre whom he will marry asking she forget about her past and become the queen of his palace taking on the role she would one day leave to return to her home carrying the Ark of the Covenant. I know, many of these words over the years have become lost to history with one theory or another rising to be forgotten once again but I see we must realize what is certain is the psalm contained the impression he would set upon the princess to create the Truth of love by God’s wondrous deeds He has shown David in his rule as king of Israel.

While the implication of being king allows for he to be called god in his psalm, this points to the representation he is given for the people he rules and the ultimate pointing of all psalms as prophesies of the Anointed One, Jesus. We are asked today to listen to the Cause of Truth acknowledging meekness and justice as the Right Hand of God to guide and support allowing His grace to instill loyalty and knowledge sharing Salvation. When we fall in love with God’s Plan for our lives, we see His Will in the practice, prayer and proclamation we live to know faith, hope and love of charity. Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to live for the cause of Truth. Prayers for Kairos Prison Ministry of DCI #49. Greg Bishop has our never ending prayers. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. In God we have boasted all the day long; Your Name we will praise forever. Psalm 44:9

Mercy is ours not gone

In God we have boasted all the day long; Your Name we will praise forever. Psalm 44:9

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. Mark 12:30

Hosea 14:2-10, Psalm 44 & Mark 12:28-34

Sharing the Word of God is a boast I crave in the waking hours of living not so much in an egotistical way but that of the Truth humbly imploring faith, hope and love of God’s Charity in the Salvation He gave the world. Jesus reminds us today we are to implore all things through Him grasping the joy of life in the surrender of obedient Christina living. This is a constant reason why we place God First loving Him “with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.”

When we place every ounce of strength in loving God First, we attain the grace God instills in all humanity where the need to live as faith requires searching for the ones who lack the understanding of God’s forgiveness. Here, the strength of God will come out of us to think, speak and act on the beauty of Christ’s Salvation. We must be ever diligent in providing the eyes, words and actions of Christ. People will be drawn to this grace of God in you but many will many will need you to openly proclaim His Truth to them by your practice, prayer and proclamation of His Saving Grace. Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to LOVE Your Name above all else. Novena prayers day nine for special intentions. Prayers for Kairos Prison Ministry of DCI#49. Grant me justice, O God; defend me from a faithless people; from the deceitful and unjust rescue me. Psalm 43:1

Soul downcast again Him praised why to remain

Grant me justice, O God; defend me from a faithless people; from the deceitful and unjust rescue me. Psalm 43:1

But if it is by the Finger of God that [I] drive out demons, then the Kingdom of God has come upon you. Luke 11:20

Jeremiah 7:23-28, Psalm 43 & Luke 11:14-23

Once we take the presence of God seriously in our lives we recognize justice as the LORD’s and not our misguided selfish desires of retaliation or revenge but that of faith, hope and love of forgiveness instilled by the Word of God breathed in speaking Truth. Truth we ignore in faithless actions of ignorance seeing the judgment of people instead of the person as if we can judge better than the Spirits last breath? How can we become the breath of humanity without the Source of the air we breathe? We can only ignore God for so long before His Will takes you to demise of an adventure I don’t advise.

Our Walk in the Psalms thus far describes laments or cries if you will of why we ignore God but always repenting to abide in the Light and Fidelity of God’s rescued justice. As David did we too experience this desire to ask God why seeking not ignorance to rely searching for and finding God in every instance we comply. David lets us feel it’s Ok to call out to God complaining or rejoicing He expects us to do nothing less diving into works even more. So as we Walk through the Psalms in brevity’s Truth let us practice, pray and proclaim the wonders of His Name sharing without shame. Amen.

Soul downcast why does he find?

Why are you downcast, my soul, why do you groan within me? Wait for God, for I shall again praise Him, my Savior and my God. Psalm 42:12

Be on your guard and be very careful not to forget the things your own eyes have seen, nor let them slip from your heart as long as you live, but make them known to your children  and to your children’s children. Deuteronomy 4:9

Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place. Matthew 5:18

Deuteronomy 4:1-9, Psalm 42 & Matthew 5:17-19

We all have moments of being downcast wondering why our soul aches so even as we feel our own life represents God’s Commands, things around us seem to ache or groan making our soul bubble confusion. These moments of lost hope have to be the forefront of our thoughts ever vigilant placing our guard across our heart slipping not into thoughts of confusion by ignoring the Laws of God but calling out His Word and His Name over-and-over again until all things have taken place in life for you. How long will that be seems to be the everlasting questions mankind seeks to know. But why?

We know we’ll pass along just as every other living creature has believing not that God had granted the solution to sin by proving death would be overcome by the One and Only Salvation ever offered and ever will be offered to know and believe He is the One True God. We might like to be told “that was a long time ago” when people refer to the Trinity where life and death were conquered in the most difficult of situations ever imagined stealing goodness from humanity’s breath. Breathe in God’s Word daily in practice seeping your footsteps with prayer proclaiming “to your children’s children” soul’s love of faith, hope and love of Charity’s Salvation. Amen.

Second Kings 5:1-15, Psalm 40 & Luke 4:24-30

As I wrote a friend today, I greet you all in Christ’s peace bidding you faith, hope and love of charity. Today I’m reaching out to the people of faith to talk about something very dear to me these past four years and that is the Prison Ministry Kairos meaning “God’s Special Time.” As I pray for the intentions daily of all who listen or read my love of His Word worshipping God and Savior by the Spirit of Truth, today I ask you to please pray for me as I lead a Kairos training and weekend this Summer that I am building a team for now.

Today I wrote a friend that Christ seems to take us places we know we wouldn’t go ourselves. For me, its prison. Some years ago, well almost 30 in fact, I went to jail in an instant and I’ve never been so scared in my entire life. It was like death was more appealing than living a life of incarceration. I chose death by addiction that took me another 18 years to never accomplish because I was reborn in Christ. Now almost 9 years later I have consecrated my life to His Truth, His Salvation and entering the prison was the next step of serving Him.

I was in prison and you visited me” really took to heart one day when I reflected on the night a steel cage was closed around me. Kairos, meaning “God’s Special Time” has allowed me to reach lost souls and many times VERY mean souls to know and live for God impacting a Prison Yard like you wouldn’t believe. A small intro below will tell you more about Kairos as I reach out to anyone today living in South Florida and invite them to learn more about being on my team. I’m building a team of 4o plus men and I have contact info for any women interested in going into a women’s prison. Please reply to this email or email me at thomasjoe@cruz-wiggins.com.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray for workers to help visit the imprisoned LORD. Novena prayers day five for special intentions. Prayers for Kairos Prison Ministry of DCI#49. Kairos STATEMENT OF FAITH

The people of Kairos have been called by God to bring the light of Christ to the darkness of hearts that have been hardened and hurt. Kairos encourages Christian believers from a variety of faith backgrounds to be part of this Christ-filled ministry, but we all stand on the common ground of the following elements of faith that we hold dear.

W E  I N  K A I R O S  B E L I E V E :

In the Trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible is Godʼs authoritative and inspired word for faith and our lives.

That salvation and friendship with God is a free gift so that everyone who believes in Jesus Christ may not perish, but have eternal life.

That the love of Jesus Christ naturally motivates His followers to provide food for the hungry, drink to the thirsty, welcome to the stranger, clothes for those lacking clothes, and visits to the sick and those in prison.

In bringing the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to all incarcerated individuals, their families and to those who work with them inside and outside the correctional institution.

That our ministry experience develops in ourselves, inmates, their families, and those that work with them the desire to continue oneʼs personal growth in Christian community.

That Jesus Christ will come again in Glory, and Godʼs kingdom will have no end.” Amen.

And now, LORD, for what do I wait? You are my only hope. From all my sins deliver me; let me not be the taunt of fools. Psalm 39:8-9

We even boast of our afflictions, knowing that affliction produces endurance, and endurance, proven character, and proven character, hope, and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us. Rms 5:3-5

Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the Will of the One who sent Me and to finish His Work.” John 4:34

Exodus 17:3-7, Psalm 39, Romans 5:1-2, 5-8 & John 4:5-42

I’ve heard it said anger is a good thing to have every now and then. Even Jesus showed discontent for the money changers and those who took the Temple as a place of commerce. You could say anger equals disrespect for the faith, hope and love God gives the world and thus your anger is disrespect towards your Father. Jesus never showed anything but respect for His Father repeating several times He came “to do the Will of the One who sent (Him) and to finish (God’s) Work.” The Will of God brings affliction while producing endurance where character never disappoints God by complaining.

Naturally one can react with anger in disappointment when we witness injustice, discrimination and prejudice but the one reaction I think God wants us to have about how people live openly denying God’s Word and disrespecting the Truth is the action of endurance in dialogue not destruction for God asks us not to destroy one another but lift one another up in faith, hope and love of His Truth- His Salvation- His Charity He offers as Your Will to be aligned with His. So even if you renounce God, I promise to comply with His Word educating you on God’s Will; faith, hope and love of charity. Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to not complain but sustain Your Truth to share faith, hope and love of charity. Novena prayers day four for special intentions. I acknowledge my guilt and grieve over my sin. Psalm 38:19

Wigs Word of God Today

Universal Utterings for 3-22-2014

Social Mental Physical Lament

I acknowledge my guilt and grieve over my sin. Psalm 38:19

Who is a God like you, who removes guilt and pardons sin for the remnant of his inheritance; Who does not persist in anger forever, but instead delights in mercy. Micah 7:18

Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I no longer deserve to be called your son; treat me as you would treat one of your hired workers. Let us celebrate with a feast, because this son of mine was dead, and has come to life again; he was lost, and has been found. Luke 15:18b-19, 23b-24a

Micah 7:14-20, Psalm 38 & Luke 15:1-32

We acknowledge sin in instant yet battle with the grief instead of celebrating with the Truth. We want God to know us but are unwilling to allow Him First place in the choices we make instead opting for the selfish desires of the heart to replace your first place choice with getting behind the front to waiver in last. Oh, we might have it all; money, car, friends… we could list endless things but that’s just it they are only things. Things God has created to sustain even the birds of the sky yet how much more will He give you if you would give your all to Him? We search for ways to deny creating the reason we die. How can we hide from God? Why does He allow us to cry?

Joy and pain create the same need to feel clean and relieved just as King David constantly acknowledged; his sin and his need for repentance. Micah like David prophesied judgment is the LORD’s repeating the call to repent in the joy of God’s goodness walking humbly in Salvation’s rest of thankful praise for the New Covenant of Love we now celebrate as Truth. Judge not for thou not be judged is God’s Will of harmony amongst the self-will He has given us to choose right or wrong gay or straight lost or found. He is our Knight to protect as He is our Jury to forgive for He is Judge as our Father. Amen.

Do not be provoked by evildoers; do not envy those who do wrong. Ps. 37:1

Therefore, I say to you, the Kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people that will produce its fruit. Matthew 21:43

Genesis 37:3-4, 12-13, 17-18, Psalm 37 & Matthew 21:33-43, 45-46

Provocation will lead you astray causing the Kingdom of God to be taken away from you more so in the midst of your own life where grace seems absent yet financial ability might reign. We learn and have problems understanding how the wonders of God effect all of God’s Children including the good and the bad as taught in Matthew 5:45 “for (God) makes His sun rise on the bad and the good, and causes rain to fall on the just and the unjust.” Just because a person has money from any source or means does not mean they have the Kingdom of Heaven in their midst. No, if they have self on their mind created by envy lost in lust of pride’s greed they are living without the True King.

Here, the grace of God lived in His Kingdom for Heaven on earth produces the sweetest and sourest fruit evident in the abundance seen the world over. I’ve heard we can feed the world if the world would let it feed itself. God First in all things will bear fruit in the practice, prayer and proclamation you attend to in every moment your life has to offer. Praise Him when you think. Praise Him when you pray for a drink. Praise Him as you proclaim your link to Heaven forgiven who gives and takes away the praise we yield in works we live for Him. Amen.
