As proof that you are children, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” Galatians 4:6

Wig’s Word of God Today 1-1-2013

Children of God open our hearts to His Son’s Spirit of Truth.

As proof that you are children, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” Galatians 4:6

Numbers 6:22-27, Psalm 67,  Galatians 4:4-7 & Luke 2:16-21

We don’t’ always understand the proof God instills in our soul that resonates His Spirit but it is an undeniable feeling of enlightenment, engagement and enjoyment as He illuminates your soul, stimulates your being and rests joy on your heart. We can try and denounce it but He comes back when we least expect it coming in the form of  a child’s giggle or a dogs wag of its tail usually making what seems to be rough day a not so bad day when we take it all in perspective.

We can’t lose Him or hide from His Truth in as much we try to we perceive explanations, encounters and excitements as some sort of scientific fact denying the very things you hear, taste, feel, smell and see. With God you cannot turn over and go back to sleep like you do when you awaken from the rooster’s crow. With God you can’t drink water over and over again and taste the nothingness of water’s hydration. With God you cannot sense the touch of a loved one without His Spirit massaging your heart.

With God you cannot enjoy the fragrance of an orange tree in bloom without anticipating the vibrant color of fruit He creates for us to tear open with distinct flavors cooling your tongue fragrantly needling your nostril hairs pouring orange liquid to lap up and be nourished in a body craving God’s attention. We become Children of God when we open our hearts to His Son’s Spirit of Truth. Like a child crying for his father Jesus reminds us today to call out to Him in faith, hope and love. “Abba, Father!” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray day 8 of our 12 Days of Christmas giving thanks for sending Your Son’s Spirit into our hearts. God please heal GB. We pray 2013 is a year filled with faith, hope and love. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

The famine did come after seven years of gorge– Genesis 41

Skipped again the beginning has been

Tiresome but fun another day is done

Joseph is need will soon share and heed

God’s Will and the Truth of life predicted speed

His two years later the Pharaoh does dream

Turmoil rests in his ability to gleam

Joseph was said to interpret slumbers thoughts

No one else could assuredly untie his brains knot

Joseph did come at his kingly request

Explained to him the dream at its best

Joseph detailed the dream to account

Seven years of plenty to come for the count

But seven more will come when there will be none

God tells you to appoint a ruling governor to sum

To collect five percent of all during seven years of gorge

The following seven after the first seven you will be unable to forge

Your five percent saved will be the answer of your LORD

Pharaoh impressed gives Joseph his best

Makes him governor of all the rest

Giving him a ring and a robe

Joseph became the man of the globe

Seven years of plenty was surely the best

Joseph enjoyed the country to test

His prediction true and his love for all the rest

In the hands of God Who completes the fest

Stored grain was Joseph’s food to be adored

The famine did come after seven years of gorge

All would come to his place to get food

His stored grain surely did prove

God’s love can surely seem rude

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-31-2012 Julian’s Healing Update Year-End

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-31-2012

Julian’s Healing Update Year-End

And the Word became Flesh and made His dwelling among us, and we saw His glory, the glory as of the Father’s only Son, full of grace and Truth. John 1:14

First John 2:18-21, Psalm 96 & John 1:1-18

Today we end a year of healing, heroics and help(l) for less than six months ago on June 29, 2012 at about 4:44 PM on a Friday afternoon an older model Ford Explorer rolled suddenly behind Harris Field in Homestead, Florida crushing a 22-year-old male’s chest as he was ejected from the vehicle landing on his head and back with such force you can still see the scars today. It’s not possible to hide Julian’s healing just as much as it’s not possible to hide his mother’s and I love for God. Julian died as that day’s Life Flight he lollygagged a ride unintentionally to Kendall Regional Medical Center Trauma OR arrived with no blood after exploding his spleen by hanging on to a truck turning a back flip.

Our son lay dead from his heart pushing all of his blood out stopping the show to become a miracle of God’s grace by heroic prayers rounding the globe that all parents concerned will be thankful forever more for. Since his dead-on-arrival flight saving his life, Julian has seen in only six months of healing amazing progress and determination to live in spite of his obvious challenges that began with 73 units of blood in three days living amongst a battle zone of open wounds, blood-soaked bandages, grotesque bodily swelling and steel zigzag  zipper that he just last week had repaired the hernia amongst the old wounds. He is alive and we are thankful. Prayerfully so.

When we arrived at our son’s healing place, we got down on our knees calling out to God constantly just as we continued for weeks asking ANYONE we saw to please pray for Julian. We lift countless people up in prayer daily calling out the names of loved ones and friends alike. God’s Point: prayer is a healing bond to see and live His grace in death or life promoting God’s Will is to pray with fervency to witness the Light healing anyone, anytime and anywhere. Julian’s Healing Update for 2012 comes to an end with the hope of prayer to live the life of grace and Truth instilled by proof of His results for all. We are thankful for everyone’s prayers and look forward to living and dying for Christ. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray day 7 of our 12 Days of Christmas giving thanks for the Word becoming Flesh. Thankful prayers for Julian’s continued healing. We pray for world prayers of peace. My LORD and my God heal GB. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

The baker hung by his neck– Genesis 40

The king of Egypt is sad in the beginning of chapter 40

Upset at his cupbearer and baker imprisoned and haughty

They both have a dream Joseph will gladly interpret

The cupbearer is restored but the baker is curtains

Joseph asked he only be remembered

As the third day came and baker went to torment

The cupbearer claimed his cup to give

As he forgot about Joseph and his gig

The Pharaoh’s birthday was the final bit

Cupbearer handed him his cup in hand to fit

The baker hung by his neck as Joseph excitedly did predict

Joseph’s deed remained in prison for two years he did sit

Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. Colossians 3:16

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-30-2012

Christ’s Words to dwell in us richly experiencing caution of reproach. Make time to learn. Take time to laugh. Forsake time for love.

Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. Colossians 3:16

Did you not know that I must be in My Father’s house? Luke 2:49c

Sirach 3:2-6, 12-14, Psalm 128, Colossians 3:12-21 & Luke 2:41-52

I find myself humming Songs of Praise to God more often as I’ve grown in practice reading my Bible upon awakening each day escaping into a tune I have purposely spit out of my mouth in an impromptu sense of adoration. I often tell my wife we should be writing them down as God gifts me with his grace of faith, hope and love in psalm. God continually reminds us to greet each other in psalm as we teach wisdom of Christ’s Words to dwell in each of us “richly” experiencing caution of reproach in God’s desired life in you.

Essentially, if you can’t live in complete gratitude for Christ’s Salvation to share, shelter and shower His Truth you can’t take a good scolding every now and then to find “gratitude in your hearts to God.” We must live and learn by our mistakes to grow into a person who lives for God and God alone. Placing “Him First” allows wisdom God grants us all to fly open in front of us lifting you out of your seat in revelation after revelation by the practice God has instilled in each of our hearts to open the Bible and pray.

Go to your church and learn from others what God instilled in His Son to be in “My Father’s House.” Find time to join a daily Mass to hear the Word of God and be nourished by His Body and Blood. Make time to learn. Take time to laugh. Forsake time for love. My oldest son Allen reminds me often to live, laugh and love for it was his first tattoo he placed on his wrist. I pray God will remind us all we must learn while we live to find His peace of Truth. We can’t run from His Truth for in the end He’ll admonish you if you can’t take being scolded by people of faith now. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray day 6 of our 12 Days of Christmas giving thanks for the Word of Christ. Let us live to forgive. Let us pray to laugh. Let us pray to love as God loves. My LORD and my God heal GB. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Were led with God’s design

Put in charge of his masters affairs

Handsome and God-fearing

Joseph refused her might

Day after day she asked him

Sleep with me with a grin

How can I sleep with you and smile

It would be a sin and truly vile

She kept it up asking him more

One day surprised him at the door

He yelled no and dropped his tunic

That was her chance to make him lose it

She kept his tunic until her husband came home

Lied and said his Hebrew slave shown

His desire for her forcing her so

He was furious forcing Joseph to go

Straight to jail called a goal

Making friends with the chief in charge

The chief’s love made him master of the mark

Yahweh blessed him making him large

Whoever keeps His Word, the love of God is truly perfected in him. First John 2:5a

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-29-2012

The pursuit of happiness is keeping His Word living the perfection God.

Whoever keeps His Word, the love of God is truly perfected in him. First John 2:5a

Shall be consecrated to the LORD. Luke 2:23c

First John 2:3-11, Psalm 96 & Luke 2:22-35

As we grow older, we want more than anything to become perfected in our quest to live life according to our own dares, desires and dreams. We want to be a perfected parent. We want to be a perfected doctor. We want to be a perfected spouse. We want to be a perfected teacher. We want to be a perfected friend. We want to be a perfected person but lack the desire to perfect our union with God unless we keep His Word. We can try and perfect life on our own terms but it is the wise man that perfects his life by obeying His Word.

I don’t have to quote Scripture to prove this for every human being responds to God’s grace whether we pursue it or not. I think the pursuit of happiness is described here by keeping His Word living the perfection God has orchestrated in each of us by His own Divine Will. We can live His Perfection but must admit we cannot live perfected without God as our guide. In everything we should acknowledge Him to find a perfection we all strive to discover in every corner of our lives.

I spent some time yesterday with the friend I’ve been praying for constantly as I call his name out often and ask God to deliver his cure from a recurring cancer that has spread to three different areas of the body. Our lives mirrored each other from one to 50 and I only know One Way to respond to illness and despair: God. As we began lunch, I reminded him to place “God First” extending my hands to pray with him asking God aloud to heal him placing my palm on his forehead in the symbolic gesture of laying hands.

The small deli became quiet to me as he accepted my gesture with confidence in God smiling his love for Him and his family. We began talking about life’s rewards stopping at a holy place surprisingly he knew to pray on a hill afterwards. “Be unafraid to pray anywhere, anytime and with anyone,” I told him in the restaurant. I discussed my plans to mirror his diet change beginning January 1, 2013 as we begin a fast to remove all obstacles in my life to focus on God’s Will.

They are asking him to remove the “food” cancer lives on such as sugar and breads replacing them with fruits and vegetables. If you love sweet tea as much as he does you’ll know his pain as he plans to remove meat from his diet as well. My plan is to remove “obstacles” to prayer and writing such as Face Book and my iPhone seeking God more profoundly praying aloud often for my friend Greg. If you have never consecrated your life to the LORD, then our new year of 2013 is a great time to start. Find the perfection God is asking of us all by keeping His Word I practice, praying aloud over everything you do and proclaim the Gospel with and without words- your life. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray day 5 of our 12 Days of Christmas welcoming Christ’s Perfected love by studying His Word. Continued prayers for Greg Bishop as well as his physician and oncologist in Houston, Stanislaw R. Burzynski, M.D. We pray LORD, we can be forgiven for the sin we lived. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

If we acknowledge our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from every wrongdoing. First John 1:9

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-28-2012

Cleansing God instills in the heart to acknowledge our sins.

If we acknowledge our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from every wrongdoing. First John 1:9

First John 1:5–2:2, Psalm 124 & Matthew 2:13-18

There’s a feeling of falling from the bed in the middle of the night that seems to go on forever and ever flying as a bird does through the air in front of you that absolutely takes your breath away giving way to the sound of “thud” on the floor. It felt good, scary sort of yet liberating until you hit the ground with a “wow that was unreal” sort of feeling in your soul. You may pant a little as your breath takes a deep one racing your heart to the extreme. We’re always searching for the ultimate rush of life that won’t kill us but we sure hope to let ourselves feel, hear, taste, smell, and see any cleansing God instills in the heart by the point of purification.

Here, in our state of vulnerability, we surely acknowledge our sins longing they truly become cleansed of every wrongdoing by our asking for and living in forgiveness. We all acknowledge something is going to happen when we die and this feeling is desired to be understood more than any other man has ever thought of. We want to not only know why we are here but where are we going when we die. To rot or to soar to touch or to avoid acknowledging or denying sin purposely brings us to God’s Right Hand regardless the route we take to get there. If we deny sin’s cleansing, we challenge Divine Revelation and therefore live in reoccurrence.

Will God be faithful to you upon your request? Can we live in His cleansing continually in a rush just as the few times you did soaring out of the bed took you? I don’t know about you but I look to live in prayer to obtain His Promise of cleansing for I am not worthy to see His Face but I long to be accepted in His Forgiveness of my sin to live in His Heavenly State. We only obtain forgiveness and deliverance from sin through Christ by our acknowledgement of sin and repentance from any and all sin we’ve ever lived. I prefer to be here with hands raised high, my knees on the floor and my tears washing my beard acknowledging my sins forever repenting in the soar of hope; Jesus! Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray day 4 of our 12 Days of Christmas welcoming Christ’s Redemption made Visible. Continued prayers for Greg Bishop as well as his physician and oncologist in Houston, Stanislaw R. Burzynski, M.D. We pray LORD, we can be forgiven for the sin we lived. Was it a misprint to see

Anyone might gander and agree

Thirty-seven is the Joseph start

More favored by dad they sung

Dreams by Joe caused a stir

Things bowing to him his worth

Jealousy set in by them all

They hatched a plot to call

Kill him saved by Reuben’s stall

Tossed into a well dry as a bone

A camel train of Ishmaelite roamed

Sell the boy for a mere twenty shekels

Joseph was sold as the brothers heckled

Taking his tunic they hatched

A plan of dipping it in a goat blood bath

Sending it to his father with a note

Is this your son’s tunic we gloat

Yes it was he cried out in the night

My son has periled without even a fight

His father wept for him in light

Of the truth of his sons new life

Sold in Egypt to a commander

Potiphar was his name to greet

Joseph’s life would now be complete

For the Life was made Visible; we have seen it and testify to it and proclaim to you the Eternal Life that was with the Father and was made visible to us. First John 1:2

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-27-2012

Testify to God in our daily lives by loving our love of Christ Jesus.

For the Life was made Visible; we have seen it and testify to it and proclaim to you the Eternal Life that was with the Father and was made visible to us. First John 1:2

First John 1:1-4, Psalm 97 & John 20:2-8

I once asked a friend to explain the expression “Love your love of Christ.” I suppose many of you would ask if this is a statement or a question and I think it’s important to note it’s your choice living in His free will but my friends reply was “giving your all to God.” What’s yours?  I originally wrote this statement in a reply to a friend’s email. I closed with, “Love your love of Christ, Thomas.” This person has always expressed so much love of Jesus to me I wanted to admire their testimony in my regards. A life of Christ made visible in the Light of Integrity and Goodness shunning wickedness according to Truth.

Our Eternal God brings Himself to the world in a baby where we get to admire Him for 12 Days of Christmas after His birth. These days of celebration are driven by your love of loving Christ Jesus. A Fellowship to proclaim “Eternal Life that was with the Father and was made visible” consists of living your life according to God and Christ as everlasting disciples of Truth. In our fast-paced world, I pray I can bring you in brevity the Truth God guides my soul daily with by loving my love of Christ Jesus expressing Truth in Spirit-led poetic terms by listening, lavishing and loving God’s Word. Here is the only way to “testify to it” in our daily lives loving our love of Christ Jesus. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray day 3 of our 12 Days of Christmas welcoming Christ’s Truth in the Life made Visible. Continued prayers for Greg Bishop as well as his physician and oncologist in Houston, Stanislaw R. Burzynski, M.D. We pray LORD, we can be forgiven for the sin we lived. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

For it will not be you who speak but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. Matthew 10:20

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-26-2012

The ABC’s of life equal actions, behaviors and cares.

They could not withstand the wisdom and the spirit with which he spoke. Acts 6:10

For it will not be you who speak but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. Matthew 10:20

Acts 6:8-10; 7:54-59, Psalm 31 & Matthew 10:17-22

I find myself lost there quite often celebrating a union I’ve longed for as far back as I can remember. There have been times in all our lives that we forget where were going or the route of which we took home from life- the wonderings of our desires and needs and soon we’ll discover we can’t remember anything of where we’ve been. Here, in this place of living but forgetting is a special place in the Spirit of Truth. Steve loved it so much he proclaimed it even more even to the point of death to embrace Eternal Living. He loved his love of Christ so much he gave it in complete union even to the very last breath being beat upon like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.

Yeah, we can all identify with the culturist happenings of our time many not knowing wisdom as much as pursuing foolhardiness escaping the Truth in lust, greed and envy. Today we are seeing the shift once again where secular desires overcome godly desires of knowing life as God intended. Today more than ever we must stand up and let the wisdom from reading our Bible shine in the darkness of sin greeting the Spirit with eagerness of “the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.”

If you haven’t felt this before then I suggest you let go by preparing yourself for battle in the pages of Truth establishing daily prayer to let go and let God roll off your tongues of surrendered faith, hope and love. I tell you the feeling is such you’ll crave it every moment of every day. It is better than any high, any drunk or any prideful boasting desires of the heart. You will stop blowing your own horn so to speak and possess Godly actions, behaviors and cares. The ABC’s of Christ’s Union between you and the Father. To find wisdom we must seek out the lost and despaired caring for the soul nourishing the body by our Godly actions, behaviors and cares. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray day 2 of our 12 Days of Christmas welcoming Christ’s Truth in the Spirit we speak by You LORD. I am praying a constant vigil for my life-long friend Greg Bishop as well as his physician and oncologist in Houston, Stanislaw R. Brother’s revenge for Dinah– Genesis 34

Leah’s daughter Dinah

Was taken by force to please

Sheckhem fell in love

After his forceful plea

Asking his father

To help him win his prize

Jacob had to wait

To him his sons won’t deny

Dinah’s brothers acted with revenge

Returning from the fields with their sister disgraced

The love of Sheckhem was too strong to haste

Hatching a plan to fulfill vengeance taste

The brothers asked for an improbable deal

Our sister can be yours if your satisfy our zeal

Each and every one of you will circumcise and cease

Your entire town must be willing to bleed

Oh his love was truly intense

He gathers his people and asked to agree

Each and every male stood in line to gain

Circumcision was ordered by all for pain

Three days later

The brothers made their move

All were in pain

And could hardly disprove

They went and killed

The people of the town

Hamor and his son Sheckhem

Died in sword splicing sound

They removed the livestock

Valuables and women collected

They took over the town

Father wasn’t collective

Jacob was mad

But listened to God

Moved away instead

Left no mirage to fasaad

Merry Christmas I’ll always defend.

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-25-2012

Merry Christmas I’ll always defend.

The LORD has bared His Holy Arm in the sight of all the nations; All the ends of the earth can see the Salvation of our God. Isaiah 52:10

In these last days, He spoke to us through a Son, whom He made Heir of all things and through Whom He created the universe. Hebrew 1:2

But to those who did accept Him He gave power to become Children of God, to those who believe in His Name. John 1:12

Isaiah 52:7-10, Psalm 98, Hebrews 1:1-6 & John 1:1-18

We can take our being back past the point of no return where we see our first Christmas Light unable to respond or learn because the air is filled with falsehoods wrapped in neat little packages sitting under a tree cut down from farms that are obviously but monopolies represents nothing the Savior truly strode into life to be where under the stars amongst smells of animals with their sounds rise in their path they rode searching for the place to give birth to a baby destined to eternally grow in to the Son Who He was pleased to have Him sit with the Father upon the throne.

Happy Birthday Jesus I’ve come to walk alone to talk to You and give You every ounce of energy my fingers and I own. My tears flow with painful wash seemingly aching my very bones for every sin I’ve ever committed I see them under a tree yearly as they shone. The lights shaded the Truth making my senses tingle with lies as I learned Christmas was a day of birth for the Salvation by His Blood to hide. Everything changed that year I confide nothing seemed hidden. My laughter turned to cries as I made my way to oblivion. On my knees I began to pray help me LORD I’m just commencing to understand how You forgave our humanity from its ruins.

As I accepted Him, my sins patiently forgiven, I became a Child of God who forever became smitten with incessant reasons why every man, woman and child should share the Gospel He’s given. We celebrate His birth today for the Truth humanity should be living by the Power He was given since the very beginning. By the falsehood blinking in the lights I learned I am shunned as an elder to the clan my name did spurn. I now only lay His Cross before my name to eternally learn what I pray my family, children and friends may yearn for the Redemption I live to once again make us as one.  I can’t be afraid of what His birth does win as I open His Book of where I begin to live His re-birth void of confusion and sin. Merry Christmas I’ll always defend. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today humanity understands Your Son’s birth as a new beginning. I am praying a constant vigil for my life-long friend Greg Bishop. Please call out his name during your days of praying. We pray God will show us the Light in our daily lives as we prepare for eternity with Him. I pray I am ready to find Him in everything I do. I’m praying for my children today as I miss them all, Alexandra, Allen, Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Placing his wife and children to possibly bar

Together they held each other tight

Introducing his wives and slaves to know

Rejoicing Esau accepted his love with joy

Heading home to prepare his lot for more

It was the day before Christmas and all through the shack not a roach was a scurrying not even a rat when all of a sudden from high above I received a message illuminated with love: “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the slavery “that once tangles your mind. I am Watchful Constant Full of the Divine, “You shall not have other gods beside Me.” There is nothing above My Kind. I will continue to share with you each the Truth afforded by Time. Trust in what you long to eternally see not some idol of a practicing jumping flea for as I said to fully agree, “You shall not make for yourself an idol or a likeness of anything in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the waters beneath the earth” you see.

Surrender to and lower yourself to Me for you shall never “bow down before them or serve them” to flee. “For I, the LORD, your God, am a jealous God, inflicting punishment for their ancestors’ wickedness on the children of those who hate Me.” The house became quiet even stiller than I thought God wasn’t about to let humanity rot. He would show us love by His Divine Mystical thoughts even “to the thousandth generation of those who love” Him and keep His commandments aloft. Oh, my excitement began to ring and to cheer. My LORD and My Savior gave me to strength to appear before men and women in the love of His Truth I could never fear. Each Commandment He shared made my fingers wildly truced. He taught me to never invoke His Great Name in blame as if He were a pain. I tell you His Name will always be revered not laughed at or scorned by the insane. “For the LORD will not leave unpunished anyone who invokes His Name in vain.”

This just begins the Ten Truths willing if not careful living aloof as He bellowed “Remember the Sabbath day—keep it holy” as Proof. “Six days you may labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of the LORD your God. You shall not do any work, either you, your son or your daughter” may take a break to verse- yourself how the LORD “blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.” As we ponder the verse “Hokey Dokey?” This Christmas He will continue to teach how His Son had to reach to either side of a Cross by nails taking piercing to hide. His Commandments are fulfilled by the joy in no mistake as He reaffirmed to “Honor your father and your mother, that you may have a long life” to learn.

The “LORD your God is giving you” a choice of heaven or hell as He shouted, “You shall not kill. You shall not commit adultery. You shall not steal.” Forget forgery. “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.” Less you be called a phony or a louse. This Christmas as every year God instructs the lonely by the love we bring in as His hands and feet. Our sharing the Christmas birth and its Salvation unique. As this old house always feels the Spirit ringing the Father’s Son Eternally complete . My Christmas story shouts Merry Christmas! The Ten Commandments not Greek. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to welcome Christmas with love for Your Decrees. I am praying a constant vigil for my life-long friend Greg Bishop. Please call out his name during your days of praying. Prayers are everlasting for God to give us a sign to lead us home. I’m ready, are you? In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Why not let me kiss my girls goodbye?- Genesis 31

Jacob was told by Yahweh to run

Back to the land of ancestors won

Take the wives and return to home

The sons of Laban had started to shun

So Jacob left without a cry

No kiss or wave goodbye

Laban pursued him for seven days

Catching him in the hills in dismay

Why run you fool of the night?

Why not let me kiss my girls goodbye?

With song and dance we would have parted ways

My girls by your side and my heart unfrayed

I thought you were going to take your girls back

I ran to avoid a confrontation of facts

Afraid of losing the love of my life thus far

I took nothing but them to return to my parts

Laban searched each tent to find none

Nothing to hide from nothing won

Angry Jacob said enough is enough

Twenty years I slaved to bring my children stuff

Laban agreed he’d make a pact and be

Loving and kind to his son-in-law you see

Sacrifice and praise was offered up that plight

The next day Laban kissed his daughters and said goodnight

Behold, I come to do Your Will, O God. Hebrews 10:7c

Wig’s Word of God Today 12-23-2012

Did you come to do His Will?

Whose origin is from of old, from ancient times. He shall take His place as Shepherd by the strength of the LORD, by the majestic Name of the LORD, His God; And they shall dwell securely, for now His greatness shall reach to the ends of the earth: He shall be peace. Micah 5:1d, 3-4a

Behold, I come to do Your Will, O God. Hebrews 10:7c

Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the LORD would be fulfilled. Luke 1:45

Micah 5:1-4, Psalm 80, Hebrews 10:5-10 & Luke 1:39-45

Only by years of prayer you WILL ever discover God more fully finding His Will by the practice, prayer and preaching He instills in your heart to accomplish aligning many times with the will of your own desire too thwarting your complete understanding of what you are to do for His Truth. What we want takes us away from what God wants for us for God wants peace while human nature wants chaos. We want to be in everyone’s business relying on envy, pride and gluttony to satisfy our every desire seeking the will of excess and not the Will of God.

By “His greatness” you too are afforded the “peace” He instills in all mankind unless you veer into the conversations of gossip, gander and gorging on people’s lives as people with no couth do when they intentionally collect with people who tell stories instead of people who share God’s Truth. I’ve been there embracing the mirage gathering in front of me as a child of want and not a Child of God.

We think we are living for Him and find we were living for our desires of the heart. I have come to a point in my life where I feel blessed not by the desires of my heart but that of living for God’s Truth by believing “what was spoken” to me by God’s Divine Will of surrender to practice, prayer and preaching. “Behold, I come to do Your Will, O God.” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to live for Your Will and not the will of our own. I am praying a constant vigil for my life-long friend Greg Bishop. Please call out his name during your days of praying. Prayers are everlasting for God to give us a sign to lead us home. I’m ready, are you? In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
