God, be merciful to me, a sinner. Luke 18:13d

Faithful love is what pleases Me, not sacrifice; knowledge of God, not burnt offerings. Hosea 6:6

God, be merciful to me, a sinner. Luke 18:13d

Hosea 6:1-6, Psalm 51 & Luke 18:9-14

How do you live your life as a faithful follower of God? What must we do everyday to find God in all we are? Is living for God like a time-lock of uncertainty? Here you are locked in time as a generation of real-time technology feeling the sacrifice of selfish love wishing instead of praying you can come away from church on Sunday as clean-hearted American. The wish of prayer comes only from prayer itself intertwined in the Divine Will of God Almighty.

Your Divine Will can only be lived in daily practice of reading your Bible, praying not wishing over everything you do and learning to proclaim not talk about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You can’t be afraid of Jesus or anyone you talk to about Jesus for the Holy Spirit will fill your mind, lips and heart with actions of selflessness. To be faithful to what pleases God you will live in the knowledge of God of every instance of your life. Above all admit you are a sinner and ask the LORD for mercy being faithful to what pleases Him accepting the knowledge of Salvation living in faith, charity/hope and love. I pray, “‘God, be merciful to me, a sinner’ in Your Son’s Precious Name I pray. Amen.”

Dear Creator of All, we pray to be faithful always admitting we are sinners in need of Your Mercy. My prayers are with all of you- my heart continues to ache. God be merciful to me a sinner. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Despised by only a few

If they think the heart shifty

Of selfish needs their due

Described as people of faith

By two going the way of pray

In a Temple of God’s presence

A Tax Collector and Pharisee in dismay

O’God the Pharisee exclaimed

I’m not this or that thanks for it all

Humanity has nothing on me

Unlike the sinner tax collector here I’m having a ball

In the corner stood the tax collector

Away from position seeking God Himself

He was beating his chest asking for mercy

Admitting sin and praying for help

The tell in you coming from Christ

Smites the Pharisee’s spitefulness

Humbled by himself faulted

The humble himself exalted

You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength. Mark 12:30

Wig’s Word of God Today 3-16-2012

I shall cure them of their disloyalty; I shall love them with all My heart, for My anger has turned away from them. Hosea 14:5

You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength. Mark 12:30

Hosea 14:2-10, Psalm 81 & Mark 12:28-34

The LORD promises He will forgive our disloyalty by our fervent action of practice, prayer and preaching in living the Truth established by His Son to share His Redemption of sin to abide for faith, hope and love. We must encourage purity in a culture of obscenity. We must encourage goodness in a culture of immorality. We must encourage integrity in a culture of hidden lustful destruction.

We can be cured and God’s anger will turn away but it can only happen by instilling the Word of God in our children as fact and not fiction, necessity not choice for His Glory not ours. In fact, we must teach them they “must love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength” to instill “you must love your neighbor as yourself” teaching our children what the first two commandments are truly all about- God’s Eternal Love. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, we pray to love You LORD with all our heart, mind and soul as necessity not choice with strength and honor. We pray for my mom today who may need an operation. My prayers are with all of you- my heart is aching today. Our mom is sick. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

This is the nation that will neither listen to the voice of Yahweh its God nor take correction. Sincerity is no more; it has vanished from their mouths. Jeremiah 7:28

This is the nation that will neither listen to the voice of Yahweh its God nor take correction. Sincerity is no more; it has vanished from their mouths. Jeremiah 7:28

Anyone who is not with Me is against Me; and anyone who does not gather in with Me throws away. Luke 11:23

Jeremiah 7:23-28, Psalm 95 & Luke 11:14-23

The right conduct for humanity comes not from rituals but by following God’s Commands as a daily practice of expected behavior God instilled in our souls from the beginning of time. I for one feel compelled to not throw away the beauty of God’s Word on selfish acts of disrespect but rather gather in the souls of suppressed knowledge of His Truth to share His Way of an Eternal Redemptive Life of surrender.

In brevity I pray to harness your desire to keep living the Word of God. As a nation, we seem to only listen to the voice of Yahweh when we need something as if sincerity was not called on to be a daily act of living God’s Will. In the darkest hour of life’s last breath, we must turn our surroundings of shadows into beams of Light never allowing His Truth to vanish from our mouths. We must embrace His Love as much as we share His Love. Until the day we die. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, we pray to listen to Your voice and heed the Truth Your Word guides us to be. We pray the blanket prayer for all intentions LORD. You know our hearts and souls of Your Will. Therefore, anyone who infringes even one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be considered the least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but the person who keeps them and teaches them will be considered great in the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew 5:19

Wig’s Word of God Today 3-14-2012

Therefore, anyone who infringes even one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be considered the least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but the person who keeps them and teaches them will be considered great in the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew 5:19

Deuteronomy 4:1, 5-9, Psalm 147 & Matthew 5:17-19

For years, I have heard that a long-lost friend of mine was abusing alcohol struggling to keep work, food on the table and his health up to par from excessive drinking. One day after not following what God has called us to be and after years of abuse he wakes up to find his liver has stopped working and he has turned completely yellow. I pray the sound of this makes a person want to stop drinking. I pray the sound of this makes you want to follow the commandments more.

I know, it isn’t pretty but we have to see life experiences as knowledge to grow- people to pray for. This example of excess that has possibly taken a laugh I listened to yesterday during tears of remorse. I could hear how mad he was as he shared a smile during how sad he was. A father taken from the world because someone choose not to follow the commandments and keep his body clean from sinful acts of disrespect. Sometimes I write about names that I do not know. Names easily forgotten in rushes of life.

These people on the streets have no place to live or a job to turn to but when I write about friends I always seem to ache more in my heart because I reminisce about the life-experiences I have encountered with that person and more. You know- that ten to eighteen time in your life where you experience life at its fullest. You experience “truth or dare” as an adolescent of immaturity acting as only children know how to act whose own parents have split and your own father or mother is a drunk.

Today, we need a miracle. One of Truth as the dare of surrender completes our soul knowing the outcome is for the Glory of God the Father. Father, we know You can heal anything, from a head down to a “Tow.” We pray LORD for Your miracles of life to stimulate the Truth in our dear friend “Tow” and bring the Truth of Christ’s Redemption to his heart and soul. Teach us your Truth in each Commandment to live in honor of You. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Dear God, we pray to obey the commandments and live in honor of You LORD. We pray for peace and healing of Chris T. and DJ Albury. We pray for “40 Days of Life.” We pray for the Emmaus Team in NJ. We pray for all people. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Do not abandon us to shame but treat us in accordance with Your gentleness, in accordance with the greatness of Your mercy. Daniel 3:42

Wig’s Word of God Today 3-13-2012

Do not abandon us to shame but treat us in accordance with Your gentleness, in accordance with the greatness of Your mercy. Daniel 3:42

Then Peter went up to him and said, ‘LORD, how often must I forgive my brother if he wrongs me? As often as seven times?’ Jesus answered, ‘Not seven, I tell you, but seventy-seven times.’ Matthew 18:21-22

Daniel 3:25, 34-43, Psalm 25 & Matthew 18:21-35

Daily we begin our lives in hope God will treat us in accordance with His gentle great mercy that allows us to forgive our brothers and sisters as He forgives us by our surrender to His Truth. Sometimes I feel the United States of America has lost what Daniel cries out for here in Chapter Three when he says, “LORD, we have become the least of all nations, we are put to shame today throughout the world, because of our sins. We now have no leader, no prophet, no prince, no burnt offering, no sacrifice, no oblation, no incense, no place where we can make offerings to you and win your favor.” Daniel 3:37-39a

While I know it hasn’t gotten as bad as the description here by Daniel, I feel it is imperative that our great country wake-up and recognize we are losing our civil liberties in many other ways if we allow the secular left of the media to control our future. In the midst of all the wrongs created by selfish desires of the heart, we must learn as Jesus tells us to forgive them not once but seventy-seven times to overcome the gluttony of society today and remain steadfast in teaching our children the Truth in God’s Word.

In brevity I aim to steer humanity to honor our God with thanksgiving in faith, hope and love allowing us all to revert our focus to the Truth God had instilled in our Founding Fathers just a short few hundred years ago. Be not afraid to forgive and focus on the future minds of America to tackle the New Frontier of Faith, Hope and Love. As I approach a local high school today to be a part of a team who presents why it is important to maintain true chastity, I will focus on the Truth in God’s Word to guide them to be a part of the solution our great nation needs so desperately. Please pray for my success. Amen.

In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit we pray to forgive as many times as it takes to give all praise to You LORD. We pray for Right to Life Team presenting at St Brendan today. Praying for our brothers and sisters who are sick and scared. Please give them peace LORD. We pray for “40 Days of Life” prayer warriors who are on-scene from 7 am to 7 pm daily through Easter. I thirst for God, the living God; when shall I go to see the face of God? Psalm 42:2

Wig’s Word of God Today 3-12-2012

I thirst for God, the living God; when shall I go to see the face of God? Psalm 42:2

He passed straight through the crowd and walked away. Luke 4:30

2 Kings 5:1-15, Psalm 42 & Luke 4:24-30

I believe with all my heart and soul that if you thirst for the living God in your life by practice, prayer and preaching, then I know He is a part of everything you do to accomplish living in His Will. Many will try and drive you away from His Truth by temptive libations to ease your worries of living in sin but keep in mind the selfish pleasure of  a climax will fade away as quick as you enjoy it.

The Real Way of living in grace does not come from a fleeting high or an angry drunk, it comes from an Everlasting Presence of Christ in your soul to celebrate and share every moment of every day. It does not end suddenly. It will not go away. God’s Truth is everlasting and the many ways He has provided humanity to enjoy His Presence here on earth cannot be taken away and can only be truly quenched by the Waters of His Son’s Everlasting Redemption. When you embrace His Truth, you too will pass straight through the crowd and walk away to find the Face of God. Amen.

In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit we pray to thirst for Your Living Water of Your Son to live in faith, hope and love. Prayer of thanksgiving for my wife Toni. God’s folly is wiser than human wisdom, and God’s weakness is stronger than human strength. 1 Corinthians 1:25

Wig’s Word of God Today 3-11-2012

Honor your father and your mother so that you may live long in the land that Yahweh your God is giving you. Exodus 20:12

God’s folly is wiser than human wisdom, and God’s weakness is stronger than human strength. 1 Corinthians 1:25

Exodus 20:1-17, Psalm 19, 1 Corinthians 1:22-25 & John 2:13-25

Today in Genesis we are presented with the traditional formation of the moral code humanity was given by God to guide us and protect us from living a life of sin. While the commandments are later listed as “ten words” written on a tablet (see Exodus 32:15–16; 34:28–29; Deuteronomy 4:13; 10:2–4), they are first described here in several different versus’ representing a restricted expression of God’s ethical demands on Israel and is here set apart from the others as a direct, unmediated communication of God to the Israelites and the basis of the covenant being concluded on Sinai. They are simple and direct allowing each of us the opportunity to live in peace with each other. They include the general principals of right and wrong guiding us from birth to old age.

They are the Truth in living for all to understand and should be taught to all children from the day they are born. They come from the Source of ALL human wisdom and are guided by the strength of Omnipotence, which even in His slightest weakness is greater than any human strength. God guides us by True Wisdom and Power to be found anywhere one would least expect them, even in the place of their apparent disappearance. While to the human eye the crucified Christ symbolizes weakness and ridiculousness, God’s Plan for humanity in forgiving them their sins plays out on the Cross at Calvary as God’s exemplified experience. What seems wrong is the Right we surrender our lives to. Amen.

So we ask in prayer: Dear God, we pray today to live for your commands to find the Truth our lives are led by. We pray for safe travels from Orlando today. We pray this in the Name above all other Names Jesus Christ. Amen.

This son of mine was dead and has come back to life; he was lost and is found. Luke 15:24a

Wig’s Word of God Today 3-10-2012

What god can compare with you for pardoning guilt and for overlooking crime? He does not harbor anger forever, since He delights in showing, faithful love. Micah 7:18

This son of mine was dead and has come back to life; he was lost and is found. Luke 15:24a

Micah 7:14-15, 18-20, Psalm 103 & Luke 15:1-3, 11-32

There comes a time in everyone’s life when the Truth of God’s Word sets you free from guilt, shame and sin where you exist in true confidence of shedding the faults you lived with because of Christ’s Life, Death and Resurrection. Some people may call it a revelation but I call it conscious controlled cognizant Christian conditioning. The pardoning of guilt comes from confessing with your lips the Salvation of Christ Jesus and you surrender your life to His Truth to live for the Glory of God.

Most of us won’t get knocked over with a bolt of Light from Heaven as Paul did on the Road to Damascus because God allows our discovery of His Truth by self-willed exploration of God’s Glorious Dominion. His Truth is forever centered in our soul for knowledge of right and wrong, it’s the selfish desires of pleasure that overrides our moral compassionate living. You want your life to be faith, hope, and charity lived in love.

This is the time in your life when you come back to the Father after you were lost to find His Word guiding you to live in celebration to share His Son’s Redemption of sins. The only way to Heaven is our confidence of His Truth. I remember so distinctly the joy my heart felt when I returned to the Father. Lost in sin aching to know Truth. There’s something more at work than our minds can comprehend. It’s the Omnipotence of God’s Glorious Dominion dancing in His Delights of Eternal Faithful Love. Amen.

In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit we pray LORD we always delight You. We pray LORD we always rejoice for the prodigal child’s return. Prayer of thanksgiving for my mom’s recovery and for my brother Chris. Praying for our brothers and sisters who are sick and scared. Please give them peace LORD. I tell you, then, that the Kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. Matthew 21:43

Wig’s Word of God Today 3-9-2012

I tell you, then, that the Kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. Matthew 21:43

Genesis 37:3-18, Psalm 105 & Matthew 21:33-46

Jealousy envy, covetousness, resentment, suspicion and distrust are like a plague that eats away at your soul until one day the feelings of plotting death are overlooked because the heart has lost all ability to understand reason. The brothers of Joseph hated that their father Jacob had made him the finest tunic and wallowed over him more than the others and it finally got to them. They had lost all feeling in their soul for their hearts were willing to plot a plan to kill their own brother. The Kingdom of God is taken away from people who allow the discourse of envy to overtake their soul.

We must learn to be a forgiving and understanding people to live in God’s presence here on earth, preparing us for the day we meet the joy heaven will provide us by our faith, hope and love. Today more than ever, I am reminded of what it takes people to find this type of love, compassion and concern because I witnessed it when people began praying for my mother’s recovery. People everywhere were praying for someone they did not even know and I know in my heart that they made every bit of difference to her speedy recovery. I like to think that these people are the people who are producing fruit for the Kingdom of God. Amen.

Lazarus and the Rich Man Parable- “My son, remember that during your life you had your fill of good things, just as Lazarus his fill of bad. Now he is being comforted here while you are in agony.” Luke 16:25

Wig’s Word of God Today 3-8-2012

I, Yahweh, search the heart, test the motives, to give each person what his conduct and his actions deserve. Jeremiah 17:10

My son, remember that during your life you had your fill of good things, just as Lazarus his fill of bad. Now he is being comforted here while you are in agony. Luke 16:25

Jeremiah 17:5-10, Psalm 1 & Luke 16:19-31

The Parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus brings about a conscious decision by rich people to divert their selfish energies into faith, charity and love to overcome the desires of flamboyant living. Our LORD has never said it was wrong to be wealthy, it’s how you live your life in the wealth that will describe a heart of God’s Eternal Child that brings goodness to people of wealth who actively seek to accomplish God’s Will.

In brevity I write to share the life of faith, charity and love expecting some people might not be able to accomplish what the LORD is asking us to but sharing ways that one can accomplish living in God’s Will. Money doesn’t have to be your downfall from grace. It should be the action of your faith to live for God’s Purpose. Find a purpose for your wealth in God’s Divine Plan for you. Stick your money where your heart of God motivates you the most. There is where your hope, happiness and honor will be. Amen.
