Wig’s Word of God Today 1-12-2012

Moved with pity, He stretched out His hand, touched him, and said to him, “I do will it. Be made clean.” Mark 1:41

1 Samuel 4:1-11, Psalm 44 & Mark 1:40-45

What a feeling to be made clean by the LORD Jesus Christ! Hallelujah! Our God has pity on humanity for He allowed His Only Son to die for the sins of you and me. Can you place the time and place you were made clean by God? Some of you may say it was years ago when I was a teenager or some of you may say it was not long ago when I found I could carry on no further without surrendering your life to God. Once you find that deep down soulistic clean, there is no turning back for the Will of God urges you to practice, pray and preach.

What a feeling it is to be made whole again by God to find His Purpose for your life. Hallelujah! He is the reason you are clean if you place His Truth in front of you daily to live for His Will. You can find the greatest joy by following His Word, praying aloud often during the day and sharing His Truth with anyone around you. Once you find yourself truly clean, you too will be like the Leper who was cleansed because you will tell everybody in your path how Jesus Christ made you whole again. The hole in your heart will be plugged with righteousness, innocence and integrity never to be lonely, abandoned or deserted again. This is what I call “Loving your Love of Christ Jesus.” Amen.

A Leper kneeled at Christ’s feet

Asking for a wish to be made complete

Pity in His voice He cleaned him neat

The Lepers body became whole and concrete

The leprosy left his tired and aching body

Tell no one but offer yourself to the priest

Do as Moses prescribed wash and be whole

He went away rejoicing and singing in the streets

His miracle was hard to keep to himself

Everywhere screaming to the town how he felt

Rising very early before dawn, He left and went off to a deserted place, where He prayed. Mark 1:35

I am reminded every day of my life of how much Jesus loved to pray and show us the Way to Salvation. His example lived prayer life means so much to me for it is the desire of my heart to mimic Christ each and every day when I arise between four and six a.m. to share my love of His Word in practice, prayer for my family, friends and God-given liberties and proclaim His Truth with Spirit led thoughts and poetry.

Yes, Jesus was the True example of someone Who practiced, prayed and preached the Truth of His Father in Heaven to fulfill His Will for our Salvation. I know many of you are not morning people who like to get up early but I encourage you to find that quiet place each day to open your Bible and read. There are many people who have programs to follow that will teach the Bible to you or maybe you just want to follow my daily study in brevity I write each morning. I pray you find His Way to practice, pray and preach. Amen.

We pray by God, His Son and His Spirit to find a place each day to pray in thanksgiving for Your Son’s Truth to guide us so we may live in His Salvation. I pray for my father today who celebrates his 74^th birthday. Happy birthday Dad, I love you. We pray for Prayer Point. Prayers for Trunk of Comfort. Jesus touched her hand

She arose healed serving for no tip

Many people came and knocked at the door

Demons left with no word for they knew what was in store

This is the time of fulfillment. The Kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the Gospel. Mark 1:15

1 Samuel 1:9-20, Psalm 116 & Mark 1:14-20

There is an absolute opportunity to repent and believe in Christ Jesus to find peace in His Truth to live Eternally for Him in Heaven by relinquishing all control of your life for anyone, anytime and anywhere. Yes, you have the opportunity to find God anywhere you might be but you first must get down on your knees, repent, and seek His Way to restore your life of faith, restore your life of hope and live a life of restored love.

As I fight some sort of fever, cough and chills today, I find strength to live for His Word daily by relinquishing control of life to live for His Will. Even in the midst of uncontrolled coughing, I still find time to offer all thanksgiving to our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. The inflection of my life trust is in something bigger than all of us. We must first decide to trust His Will in everything we do and live in His Word to accomplish His Father’s glory. Amen.

Upon him I have put My Spirit; He shall bring forth justice to the nations. Isaiah 42:1b

Isaiah 42:1-4, 6-7, Psalm 29 & Mark 1:7-11

People everywhere today in the world celebrate the Baptism of Christ by John the Baptist in the Jordan and many of the writings by Isaiah are contributed to speaking about the future Savior of the world God did send to overcome our torment of sin and share His Eternal Life of peace. God placed His Spirit upon His Only Son to accomplish so much with so little. He commissioned Twelve Disciples who managed to share His Truth with the entire world that has spread to every corner of the earth giving you and me a Roadmap of Life to live by.

There is something so simple here yet so demanding. He demands more of you and me as Ambassadors of His Truth to live His Life in practice, prayer and proclamation. We follow His Decrees by faithful practice. We live our life in unending prayer. We proclaim His Truth in confidence. The justice He brings to earth is lived out by us who have to participate in every aspect of sharing the Gospel by our thoughts, our words and our deeds. One of the many reasons why I have created Prayer Point and Trunk of Comfort is to continue sharing the Good News by His Spirit led life I lead to help people find the Truth in living for Christ Jesus.

My “Trunk of Comfort” Ministry is seeking donations for the homeless of our area as life becomes tougher and children, teen and adults are living in filth. Donation of clothes, shoes and any financial support you may be called to offer. I carry clothes, shoes and Bibles in my trunk as I travel, when I see or encounter the need of the homeless, I offer prayer, clothes, food or a possible shower. Maybe even a clean warm bed in a hotel room for a night. Please let me know if you can help. Prayers of thanksgiving for those who recently donated. God Bless You!

Wig’s Word of God Today 1-8-2012

Nations shall walk by Your Light, kings by the Radiance of Your Dawning. Isaiah 1:3

Where is the Newborn King of the Jews? We saw His Star at its rising and have come to do Him homage. Matthew 2:2

Isaiah 60:1-6, Psalm 72, Ephesians 3:2-6 & Matthew 2:1-12

As the New Dawning awakened the respect of royalty, a king’s jealousy had begun disrespecting God’s precious gift of life. It seems only natural the Magi would look for the newborn “ruler” to be in the king’s palace but instead they find envy and distrust. The Three Kings walked by the Radiant Light of Christ, the Morning Star of Mercy, to pay their respects to the Truth of a prophets call of old that a king would be born in Bethlehem experiencing instead a jealous kingship and a warning in an angelic dream to “depart another way.”

The Epiphany brought humanity’s revelation that all can know the redeeming feature of God’s Redemptive Life living for the righteousness and cleanliness of God Divine Plan for Humanity. It signified that nothing could bar you from entering into a relationship with the One and Only Way to Salvation. When I embrace this thought of righteousness, I feel the Holy Spirit grasping my soul and I can close my eyes and see the Light of Christ in the Heaven of Truth above.

There is no darkness within you even when you close your eyes and see the depths of your soul if you have relinquished control of your life to His Will and His expectations. He wants you clean as a newborn baby living in practice, prayer and proclamation of His Supremacy. His Light radiates the Truth in every corner of your life and more so when your eyes are closed and His Glory is revealed to you. When you close your eyes and pray with me, pray for God to reveal to you how your practice, prayer and proclaiming can awaken the respect of humanity to glorify God in all things. How to Epiphanize in Christ. How to walk in His Spirit-led life.

One thing God has revealed to me is how to radiate His Light by all you are and live in His state of righteousness for His Truth to be revealed to family, friends, co-workers and strangers alike. I was talking to a man at a coffee stop early Saturday morning when we learned we were Emmaus Brothers. After talking, we left one another holding hands and praying together for His glory. Sharing God’s Truth becoming God’s Tool embracing God’s Team. Amen.

Jesus made His Way known from a manger

God’s Will of connection to humility shown

In Bethlehem according to a prophet’s tale

Humanity’s Epiphany as the Savior was born

The Magi arrived from the East

Following the Star to do Him homage

Seeking Him from a king’s palace

Finding envy and distrust in Herod’s garbage

We have this confidence in Him, that if we ask anything according to His Will, He hears us. 1 John 5:14

If anyone sees his brother (or sister) sinning, if the sin is not deadly, he should pray to God and He will give him/ (her) life. 1 John 5:16a

1 John 5:14-21, Psalm 149 & John 2:1-11

When we have a personal relationship with God, we live in confidence that He hears our every thought living in our every dream fulfilling every purpose for His Truth. Yes, when we have “True Communal Confidence” we can ask anything according to His Will and He will share His grace to fulfill your Divine Destiny. He hears you by Divine Providence while you listen to His language of unconditional love.

A language as light as the air dancing on your nose encompassing your soulistic being living every moment of life for your Father. People ask what the meaning of life is and I find it to be the communion we have with God to live His Word honoring His Celestial Providence. We honor this by studying His Word daily resting in His Text often during the day simply thinking of a message He’s guiding your will to fulfill. Seek and find the Scripture every moment your life needs to live in faith, charity and love void of despair, loneliness and hate.

Our trust in His Word honors His Majesty of charity in prayer to find His wisdom of Truth. It seems difficult but it isn’t. Praying is what we do. Who we are. Why were here. To Honor the Father. We honor Him by Proclaiming His Son’s Truth we learn in prayer and in practice. We honor Him in our prayers for others. We honor Him by striving to live for Him in communal balance of Truth. Repenting when we sin. Living for His Honor. Amen.

Seeking to share God’s Prayers I’ve begun a new ministry called “Trunk of Comfort.” I’m seeking donations for the homeless of our area as life becomes tougher and children, teen and adults are living in filth. If we accept human testimony, the testimony of God is surely greater. Now the testimony of God is this that He has testified on behalf of His Son. 1 John 5:9

1 John 5:5-13, Psalm 147 & Mark 1:7-11

Sometimes is seems so easy to listen to the words of people rather than being still in the Word of God and finding the solution with God’s help. We have been given testimony by God Himself through the Life, Death and Resurrection of God’s Only Son Christ Jesus yet we still seek to ask everyone around us what the answers are to particular problems we are living right now.

We are all guilty of this; asking people to give us the answers, in some cases complete strangers, rather than seeking His Truth to guide every single need. I believe in my heart everyone needs a Spiritual Advisor you meet with often that’s your confidant, friend and teacher. Someone you meet on a regular basis you can pray with and ask hard questions about life who won’t judge you but give you sound Biblical solutions.

Here’s but just a few you can turn to for help in specific areas. Are you envious of someone? Turn to 1 Peter 2:1-2 and grow up in your Salvation by God’s Spiritual Milk. Do you feel like complaining about everything around you? Turn to Philippians 2:14-15 and be a beacon of Christ’s Light for the weary. Do you need comfort in times of failure? Turn to Psalm 62:7-8, Chronicles 20:15 and Ephesians 1:8 and find the Rock where success and failures are celebrated in God’s Truth alone. There is nothing you can’t find in the Bible to make your life be understood in God. Seek and you shall find the beauty of the LORD in every feeling imaginable. Amen.

Children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth. 1 John 3:18

1 John 3:11-21, Psalm 100 & John 1:43-51

There’s no better way to describe a life of Christ but to exhibit it in your daily living in everything you live to accomplish. If you look back at your sinful ways of a child, young adult and mature adult, can you witness in your own steps the life of sin you led void of loving God in truth and in deed? Everything you did until becoming His Disciple led to selfish acts of greed, envy or lust. Maybe you were greedy when it came to treating younger children in your school with respect during lunch. Maybe your attitude towards another was envy conducting yourself with evil instead of righteousness. On the other hand, maybe your life was led by sinful lust that consumed your time, your talent and your treasure.

John is pointing out to us here the Covenant Jesus established for us to follow; love God and your neighbor as yourself, even to the point of self-sacrifice. “The way we came to know love was that He laid down His life for us; so we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. If someone who has worldly means sees a brother in need and refuses him compassion, how can the love of God remain in him?” 1 John 3:16-17 Following the example of Christ, our life as Christians is defined by the love we exhibit towards others. Sometimes the LORD will lead you to act in charity towards total strangers even if it seems unusual to do.

Christmas Eve my wife and I were sitting in a Chinese restaurant in Georgia and I was talking to a young family. All of a sudden I was compelled to reach out and ask to pay for their dinner when their check had come. The smile on the wife’s face and the look of amazement on the husbands was a treasured act of response to Christian kindness. The LORD knows we can’t do random acts of Christ-like financial kindness every day but we can do random acts of Christ-like kindness in His Word by deed in every step of our life. “Children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth” to show our love of loving Christ Jesus. Amen.

Love one another as ourselves

Seek not evil in the dark of self

Works for evil will surely be felt

When God sends you to hell you dealt

Cain belonged to the Evil One he smelt

Slaughtering Abel by envy he pelt

Because Abel was righteous daily he knelt

To embrace God’s Truth his life led spelt

Be amazed not if the world hates you

From death to life in Christ abides few

By love of our brothers and sisters we do

Because no love remains in death to true

We know love by His life He laid down

Not accepting any earthly king crown

Placing death over sin we find love around

Jesus died for our human transgressions found

Wig’s Word of God Today 1-4-2012

Children, let no one deceive you. The person who acts in righteousness is righteous, just as he is righteous. 1 John 3:7

1 John 3:7-10, Psalm 98 & John 1:35-42

Many biblical scholars believe the term lawlessness equates to sin and therefore breaks the communion we have with God when we do things that go against Him. They have written it to relate to the activity of the antichrist and refer to the habitual sinner as a child of the devil. A Child of God is referred to as a righteous one who has received Christian directives from the “Seed” guided by the Holy Spirit to share the nature of God to live in Truth.

John describes this in 1 John 3:4-6 as “everyone who commits sin commits lawlessness, for sin is lawlessness. You know that He (Jesus) was revealed to take away sins, and in Him there is no sin. No one who remains in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or known HHim.”

I believe many see people who live in righteousness as someone who are conceited but I beg to differ. A person who lives for the Will of God lives in harmonious state of breathing in Truth guided by the Word of God, Christ’s Redemption and the Holy Spirit. People who are righteous admit they are sinners and conduct their lives in state of repentful behavior seeking not the will of self but the Will of the Father to Glorify God in all things. Do you live in a state of righteousness? Can you love your love of loving Christ Jesus openly without fear or embarrassment?

Beloved, we are God’s children now; what we shall be has not yet been revealed. We do know that when it is revealed we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. 1 John 3:2

1 John 2:29-3:6, Psalm 98 & John 1:29-34

It is my hope that humanity becomes knowledgeable of God’s Word to become Children of God to accomplish harmony in the world in loving one another as God loves us. While this may seem simple to a person of faith, the world of flash and flair captures the mind of the innocents to have more in materialistic selfish needs than to have directives based on God’s Truth to steer their heart to God’s faith, charity and love. We the believers in His Word must use every possible opportunity to share His Roadmap to Life to the people who are lost and misguided by shiny new toys or excessive desires of wealth.

We must start our days in prayer and studying His Word to find solutions based on faith to accomplish the desires of God’s Divine Plan for each of us. I prepare each day by first being thankful to God asking Him to guide the day I give to His Purpose. You have to willingly say aloud, “In the Name of the Father Who created me. In the Name of the Son Who Redeemed me. In the Name of the Holy Spirit Who guides me, I offer this day I’m about to take on.” By placing all your desires, needs and expectations at the Foot of the Cross each day, you open His Truth in your heart to live and see Christ for Who He is to mankind. Your love of loving the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

We pray by God, His Son and His Spirit to act as Children of God to see the Trinity for the Truth It is. We pray for Prayer Point. In the silence of my own heart, I pray for countless people who are dear to me especially my wife, my children and my friends. We pray for Christian Radio especially LIFE FM. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
