Charm is deceptive and beauty fleeting; the woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. Proverbs 31:30

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-13-2011

Charm is deceptive and beauty fleeting; the woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. Proverbs 31:30

Proverbs 31:10-31, Psalm 131, 1 Thessalonians 5:1-6 & Matthew 25:14-30

I believe with all my heart and soul that when you place God first in your years the LORD will bless you and sustain you all the days of your life with the person His Word you live in. When the love of your life is not the love of your mate’s life, then God is not the center of everything you do. When you place God as the love of your life, His Will directs your passions to His Truth providing you with a spouse of infinite love and companionship. I’ve tried to understand how God wants me to accomplish His Way by allowing God to show me His Will in a woman only He could have provided me.

There’s so many pleasures He provided through my union that I couldn’t list them in all on all the hard drive space in the world. First and foremost, she lives her life for His Praising. Together we live our life for His Glory seeking to live in faith, providing sacrifice and showing mercy to anyone, anytime and anywhere. What I write in brevity about the blessing of my spouse here is lived in God’s Truth on a canvass of never-ending colors splashing the Holy Spirit’s Eternal Promise of Everlasting Life. The love of my life is the Light of her life and the charm is forever beautiful. Amen.

So we ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today for people who seek You first in life find the spouse You desire them to have. We pray they always live in Your Word to sustain their every desire. We continue our prayers on day seven of nine for Andy Nezbith to receive the donor he needs for a new kidney. We pray for a friend of a friend named Kyle who has leukemia. We pray for a young boy named Christian who is battling brain tumors. We pray for the children of the world. We pray for Prayer Points and the need for people everywhere to be thankful to Your mercy. We pray for LIFE FM and its ability to reach countless people to share Your Son’s Gospel. We pray this in the Name of Christ Jesus. Amen.

A worthy wife is a Spirit-led find

If God’s fear rests in the heart of her kind

Deep within her soul to eternally bind

Her love of you in God’s endless time

No pearl or gold can be compared

Your heart is trusted to hers you dare

For God so loved the world He cared

To give us women to praise His share

Only good comes from her worth

Evil she stomps at the door in the dirt

Her loving hands held while she works

The poor she tends to for the needy lurk

To witness her beauty of helping the poor

Charming and fleeting to open God’s door

Her fear of the LORD to be honored and adored

The Gates of Heaven are her Truth not Folklore

Will not God then secure the rights of His chosen ones who call out to Him day and night? Will He be slow to answer them? Luke 18:7

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-12-2011

Will not God then secure the rights of His chosen ones who call out to Him day and night? Will He be slow to answer them? Luke 18:7

Wisdom 18:14-16; 19:6-9, Psalm 105 & Luke 18:1-8

Jesus reminds us constantly to call out to the Father in prayer asking not for riches but the grace to be an ever-active Christian in faith, charity and love. The word faith equates to Christ’s teachings of seeking His Truth in prayer over everything you strive to understand in life. Your faith defines your prayer and strengthens you for the charity at hand while believing with all your heart and soul that He died for your sins and the sins of the world. Faith is talking to God giving you guidance from avoiding evil to teaching the Truth to others in proclamation. Faith equals prayer.

Do not believe the thoughts of people who equate charity with money. I can’t give there’s only enough for me attitude is the farthest from the Truth one would receive when living in prayer to accomplish charity. Christ endured the steps of cleansing our sins by humiliation, whips and nails in His hands and feet. He then wiped our sins clean by allowing His torn tattered body to be nailed to the Tree of Death, Knowledge and Resurrection. Jesus taught humanity His charity proved to be the Sacrifice of the world and can be imitated in your sacrifice of charity today. Work for Him as He works for you. Charity doesn’t equal money. Charity equals sacrifice.

When we live our life for God, we live our life for love and mercy. We live our life to forgive and pray for those who persecute you in any way. We live our life in love and mercy by praying for those whom you may find offense. You look for His Truth to set you free in mercy to feel His love of Eternal Life. If there’s still somebody you have a beef with begin praying for him or her. Love and mercy go hand-in-hand when praying for the people who have hurt you as well as the people you love. I’ve seen it written somewhere that if you’re not getting what you’re asking of God offer up sacrifice, mercy and praise for our LORD and see if you get more satisfaction in life than ever before. Love equals mercy.

Well, the sign is being made. Prayer Point begins Tuesday evening. Please pray for me to accomplish God’s Will by sharing His Truth in prayer, sacrifice and mercy. I’ll post in my daily writings where I’ll be at with an American Flag and POW flag on a 15 foot flagpole with a sign that reads “Prayer Point- stop and pray for the USA.” I’ll be moving about and stopping after my initial planned stop- wherever God leads me to share prayer with God’s children for His mercy. Following the One Nation Under God group in Naples, Florida prayer guide- I’ll be praying for the seven centers of power, which are Government, Military, Media, Business, Education, Church and Family. I’m offering up a fast and prayer week beginning Tuesday. Hallelujah!

So we ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today we call out to You LORD day and night. We continue our prayers for Andy Nezbith to receive the donor he needs for a new kidney. Whoever seeks to preserve his life will lose it, but whoever loses it will save it. Luke 17:33

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-11-2011

Whoever seeks to preserve his life will lose it, but whoever loses it will save it. Luke 17:33

Wisdom 13:1-9, Psalm 19 & Luke 17:26-37

Our LORD has a special way of protecting those who lose their life for the cause of protecting their God-given rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. While men and women who join the military lose their life to protecting others, anyone can find His Spirit Driven Life in Christ if they are or become Christian Soldiers. What we surrender to Him will protect us in life and in death. The feeling of leaving one’s family, home and country to serve the military as various capacitates of freedom protecting American’s brings strong emotions to the men and women of our Armed Forces. Emotions of losing one’s life for a cause of freedom bring a willingness to die for the right to be free.

I’ll never forget the feeling of being tucked away in a bunk no bigger than a sleeping bag in nights that seemed at the time to go on forever and ever. The muffling sounds of a 325-foot US Naval Fast Frigate moving through the South China Sea soothed your exhausted body from 12 hours on/off rotations. I would read the Bible and toss it in the corner like an old book in a kindergarten classroom. His Word had no meaning but I identified with the feeling of surrender giving my all for freedom’s warm embrace. When I reflect on my selfishness in the Navy, I draw closer the LORD by keeping close to His Word celebrating His Son’s Eternal Redemption.

Today I kiss the Bible if it falls on the floor and I use it to grow in His freedom from sin. No longer does the Word of God become a tossed in the corner or put on a coffee table relic but a vibrant cause to understand God’s Will. In brevity in word I write of a life lost in His Truth to serve the LORD’s Will. In fullness of my love for God I honor our Veterans everyday in prayer as they serve in every capacity of active duty or completed duty. We have helped keep America free to love and serve the LORD. His Blessing is bestowed on those who believe. Share your love of loving Christ and find His blessing too. Amen.

So we ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today as we do everyday for our men and women serving in the US military. We pray to lose our lives to living Your Truth. We pray LORD You will give us a Spirit Driven Life in Christ to always have courage to live as Your Christian Soldier. We say a prayer of thanksgiving for Peter Fusco’s love of You LORD. Bless him and keep him safe. We pray for Andy Nezbith to receive the donor he needs for a new kidney. Amen.

Lost for His Truth is something absolute

Protection from fear of death rest on your breath

Especially those who lose their life from what they choose

The military of God’s might will die for His Eternal right to lose

Our military’s fright comes a willingness to die

Not afraid of choosing God’s Eternal freedom ride

A right to be free is His Way of losing your excuse

Not needing to selfishly live in sin of Satan’s evil abuse

We stand on the Word of God in respect and model

Living in its Truth to pray for those who bother

To serve our country’s might in dignity fighting dishonor

Keeping God’s Truth free for all who fight for the Father

The coming of the Kingdom of God cannot be observed, and no one will announce, ‘Look, here it is,’ or, ‘There it is.’ For behold, the Kingdom of God is among you. Luke 17:20-21

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-10-2011

The coming of the Kingdom of God cannot be observed, and no one will announce, ‘Look, here it is,’ or, ‘There it is.’ For behold, the Kingdom of God is among you. Luke 17:20-21

Wisdom 7:22b-8:1, Psalm 119 & Luke 17:20-25

The Kingdom of God is a part of everything you do by your surrender to His Gospel to share and to live. Many people have asked why God doesn’t show Himself but I beg to differ. God is everything around you and His Kingdom is evident in every little detail. From the Temple you are that is Holy to the flower blooming in your yard, God is Everything and knows Everything. The Bible tells us He can count every hair on your head. The Bible tells us He knew you before you were conceived in the womb of your mother.

I can see Him in the smile of stranger when my thoughts are reciting His Word in my mind. I love Him even more when I see a tragedy that occurs because I know He’s there in the midst of the chaos calming those who believe in His Truth. I have learned that I cannot live without Him for He is everything my life is and will be by living in His Truth in Word, charity and love. You can find God in everything you do by your practice in studying His Word. You must make it a habit to pray over everything you do. Pray with friends, strangers and the people you work with. By creating this habit of reading your Bible and praying you will find the courage to share Christ’s Gospel with people you know and you don’t know. Practice. Pray. Preach. Amen!

So we ask in prayer: Dear God, we pray today to always know Your Kingdom is amongst us in everything we are and do. We pray for Andy Nezbith to receive the donor he needs for a new kidney. But It’s in everything you see

The Son of Man may be gone

If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God, which you are, is holy. 1 Corinthians 3:17

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-9-2011

If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God, which you are, is holy. 1 Corinthians 3:17

Ezekiel 47:1-12, Psalm 46, 1 Corinthians 3:9-17 & John 2:13-22

When I awake each day, I say aloud and my wife chimes in, “in the Name of the Father Who created me, in the Name of Son Who Redeemed me and in the Name of the Holy Spirit Who sanctifies me, I offer this day I’m about to take on.” Then I say “good morning beautiful- I love you” to my amazing wife in the LORD. I begin each day in this manner to accomplish what I believe is my complete surrender to a life in Christ for during the day and as I lay down at night I call out to the LORD for strength, wisdom and guidance to build up His Temple in everything I do. My desire to be One with our LORD and Savior rings loud in every step I make longing to accomplish acts of faith, charity and love. If only humanity would treat their bodies as Paul describes as Holy, then we’d see less abuse of self and more enjoyment in worshipping our LORD.

The LORD leads me to situations to align with my study of His Word such as the experience I had with an unemployed homeless man I met yesterday after work. He was sitting on a curb in front of a convenience store and he commented about a sticker I have on my car. He was in his late 50’s and obviously needing of a bath and a hot meal but he was interested only in me buying him a beer. As I listened to him talk, I bent down and shook his hand holding it firmly I asked if he was hungry or in need of some fresh clothes I had in my car. He said no that he as interested only in a $1 for a beer.

I explained I wouldn’t buy him a beer but I would pray for him as I held my hands high above his head and called out the LORD to guide him, protect and lead him to His Son’s Truth. When I finished, I looked down shaking his hand saying, “the LORD wants you to take care of His Temple and beer is clouding your thoughts of His Truth. In Jesus Name I pray you find His Word to guide you to His Eternal Home and heal your broken spirit. Amen.” Looking into his toothless smile with tears rolling off his cheeks he said, “Amen.” As I walked away, he was smiling looking into the clouds as if God Himself was calling him to come home. “God loves you Brother,” I said. “His Truth will set you free.”

So we ask in prayer: Dear God, we pray today to treat our bodies as Your Holy Temple so we may live our life void of pain and sorrow. We pray for Desmond the homeless man I met yesterday LORD. Guide him to find Your Truth. We pray for Andy Nezbith to receive the donor he needs for a new kidney. We pray for a friend of a friend named Kyle who has leukemia. We pray for a young boy named Christian who is battling brain tumors. We pray for the children of the world. We pray for Prayer Points and the need for people everywhere to be thankful to Your mercy. We pray for the LIFE FM and its ability to reach countless people to share Your Son’s Gospel. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Magnify the LORD with me; and let us exalt His Name together. Psalm 34:4

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-8-2011

Magnify the LORD with me; and let us exalt His Name together. Psalm 34:4

Wisdom 2:23:3:9, Psalm 34 & Luke 17:7-10

This morning my mind is on prayer requests that have come in from different people from all over the world. People will write me and ask me to pray for them because they know I’ll get down on my knees and pray for their healing, their recovery or guidance in the LORD without judgment or contempt. You see, our LORD and Savior tell us to pray for anyone, anytime and anywhere without considered opinion or verdict to lift each person up with dignity, kindness and love. Psalm 34 teaches us in verse 18, “The righteous cry out, the LORD hears and He rescues them from all their afflictions.” The heading of today’s study reflects my desired state of surrender with fellow Children of God who like me want nothing more than to “exalt His Name together.”

So today, I’ll ask every one of you to place in your daily prayers the healing for many people but as importantly, I am asking you pray for me as I intend to establish mobile prayer points weekly around our city to call out to the LORD in forgiveness, praise and glory to the Father Who sustains our every breath. Prayer Points is an opportunity for everyday ordinary Americans to pray for the United States of America to keep our nation One Nation Under God. Prayer Points in fact joins the One Nation Under God group of Naples, Florida who creator Bob Brown established public prayer monthly so people would pray daily for the seven centers of power which include Government, Military, Media, Business, Education, Church and Family. In His Holy Name, let us unite as friends, communities, states and a nation to give thanks to God for all aspects of life. Let us show our love for loving Christ together for the Glory of God the Father. Amen.

So we ask in prayer: Dear God, we pray today for Your Truth to settle into the souls of the lost and lonely. We pray as a people we come together in payer for Your Glory. We pray for Andy Nezbith to receive the donor he needs for a new kidney. We pray for a friend of a friend named Kyle who has leukemia. We pray for a young boy named Christian who is battling brain tumors. We pray for Dennis O’Donovan and his work. We pray for LIFE FM and their work. LORD may they bring help in sustaining our need for calling out to you in prayer. We pray for the children of the world. We pray for Prayer Points to give people hope in You LORD. In Jesus Name, we pray. Amen.

If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. Luke 17:3b

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-7-2011

He is found by those who do not test Him, and manifests Himself to those who do not disbelieve Him. Wisdom 1:2

If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.

Luke 17:3b

Wisdom 1:1-7, Psalm 139 & Luke 17:1-6

I often wonder why people in the secular world are so adamant about trying to persecute the life and beliefs of Christian people. We simply believe our lives are manifested in the Truth provided to us by the Teachings of Christ Jesus for the Glory of God the Father. There is no reason to test the Creator of the world by your unbelief driven by the secular atrocities of media and the evil spirits of Satan for if you do, the Bible teaches us this foolishness will separate us from God. We surround ourselves with people of faith to carry His surrender to every aspect of our lives to be lead by the Spirit of Truth. “For the Holy Spirit of discipline flees deceit and withdraws from senseless counsels and is rebuked when unrighteousness occurs.” Wisdom 1:5

If it’s one thing I’ve learned about Jesus Christ is that He is the LORD of forgiveness. Time-and-time again, He taught us to forgive even the biggest to the smallest of sins against us and reminds us we cannot live for Him if we are not willing to let go of past hurts and wrongs and live in His Safety Blanket of Forgiveness. I’ve heard many a story of a person who forgave people who stole, raped or hurt someone they love and I believe in my heart they have secured a place in heaven by their action of forgiveness. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:14-15 that “if you forgive others their transgressions, your Heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions.” Forgiveness liberates the soul and gives the heart faith to live for loving your love of Jesus. Amen.

So we ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today for wisdom to be manifested in us by our practice, prayer and proclamation. We pray LORD to forgive any past hurts or wrongs and allow Your Truth to grow in our heart for Your Glory. We pray today for Andy Nezbith to receive the donor he needs for a new kidney. We pray for a friend of a friend named Kyle who has leukemia. LORD, may Your Healing Hands lift him out of the cloud of despair and heal his sickness. We pray for Chuck and his needs. We pray today for the children of the world and the people who teach them Your Truth. We pray for Prayer Points to help the people of America to find Your Truth. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

She hastens to make herself known to those who desire her. Wisdom 6:13

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-6-2011

She hastens to make herself known to those who desire her.

Wisdom 6:13

Therefore, stay awake,* for you know neither the day nor the hour. Matthew 25:13

Wisdom 6:12-16, Psalm 63, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 & Matthew 25:1-13

Last year I wrote a song titled “Why Do I” detailing my love for seeking the Truth of God through the wisdom of His Spirit. I was searching for a song to write a Brother in Christ asked me share with his youth group. Wisdom seemed to say so much to me as the joy I wanted to get across to the teenage kids of what you will always look for in life; wisdom to live and attempt to understand God’s undeniable transcript to live your life in faith, charity and love. When I learned of Andy Rooney’s death yesterday, I thought about wisdom because he empowered people to understand wisdom since he was a writer who wrote about life.

He once wrote, “Death is a distant rumor to the young.” In my eyes, wisdom is the answer a young person should be looking for by using God’s Word to guide and lead them to living a life in His Truth. We writers love to write because we love to read our own thoughts and reflect on things as Andy Rooney did to learn about God’s amazing world. God has empowered me to write for His Truth and the only way to learn more about life is to read His Word and question/ talk to Him in prayer, writing and deed. Life without prayer is death to the soul. In writing, I live in His Spirit to give life to His heart within me. In deed, I share His sweat from my thoughts, words and muscles of driven Truth. I am prepared to meet Him and long to do His Will while I’m still here. May the wisdom of God be active in my heart to live for Him. Amen.

So we ask in prayer: Dear God, we pray today to always seek Your wisdom by actively reading Your Word during the day. We pray for people to see this; read Your Word throughout the day. We pray the children of the world to seek wisdom in Your Word too. We pray for Prayer Points and my daily Bible poetry to please people for Your Glory. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

If, therefore, you are not trustworthy with dishonest wealth, who will trust you with true wealth? Luke 16:11

Romans 16:3-27, Psalm 145 & Luke 16:9-15

If I could, I’d greet each of you with a Holy Kiss as Paul describes to his countless Brothers and Sisters in Christ to do each and every time they receive each other. Please consider my joy in allowing the Spirit of God to lead me in my writings as a Holy Kiss upon all of you each morning or day as you open my Christ-led devotional. Paul always reminds us to be ever conscious of Christ in every facet of our lives never forgetting to be ever thankful for the people who lift you up and teach you the beauties of God in your living. From the closest of family members to the stranger on the street, God has a way of enlightening you through His Will in people all around you just by your love of loving His Son.

Be prepared for graces beyond all expectations just as He promises us that when we sow a seed in His Name we sow an instant harvest by God’s true riches in His Truth. Greet each as you’d greet your own and know this very moment or in the exact time you need Him He’ll give you the mindset, words, strength and courage to deal with anything you face. Do you believe in Him Who strengthens you enough to know He can lift you right now? It’s by your actions in just the smallest of details in honesty does He know He can trust you in the largest of details to succeed in His Truth. There’s nothing that goes unseen to God from the least of petty thefts in your eyes to the grossest of sin, how can He trust you with His True Wealth of His Spirit if He doesn’t observe you being upright in all circumstances? Are you limiting God’s grace in your life by your petty actions and selfish mistakes? Yes my friends, He forgives you but your surrender has to be complete to experience the fullness of God’s Grace. Amen.

So we ask in prayer: Dear God, we pray today that we never forget to greet any person with a Holy Kiss of Christ’s love. We pray to always know He can strengthen us to live conscious of all things You LORD instill in our heart as trustworthy. Guide us to be honest with ourselves not afraid to face the Truth. We pray for Kevin J., Tim D. and everyone else for their peace and joy of knowing You LORD. We pray for the children of the world and the people who make a difference in their lives. We pray for my Brother and Sister in Christ John and Marie. A prayer of thanksgiving for the birthday wishes yesterday LORD. We pray for Prayer Points to instill Your love in people’s lives. We pray this in the Name of Christ Jesus. Amen.

Friends of scam and strife

Lead you to hell in life

Not knowing Truth

Not accepting His Light

Small details of Trust He sees

Great Trust will be given to thee

For dishonest trust lives in spite

Embellished sin conquered by His life

No trust in people’s pride

God to live from and hide

Steal from a baby will seal

Theft from God’s Truth to reel

Mammon being served instead of He

Knowing your hearts and souls to be

Self esteem lowered in His eyes

Justifying your robbery and lies

Abomination of God Forever Unties

In Christ Jesus, then, I have reason to boast in what pertains to God. Romans 15:17

Wig’s Word of God Today 11-4-2011

In Christ Jesus, then, I have reason to boast in what pertains to God. Romans 15:17

Romans 15:14-21, Psalm 98 & Luke 16:1-8

Today I choose to serve the One and only True God and the Joy His Son brought to the world by dying on a Cross for the sins of the world for all Eternity. I have reason to boast of this relationship I choose to have as whole person in action for the Glory of God the Father. I must will my own life to align with His Desires for me by my faith, prayer and deed and not even a birthday of my self will cause me to steer off course for the Truth to be lived in my life. Today my birthday prayer is someone out there receive your Christ-like smile. Today my birthday prayer is for someone out there to see your faith in action. Today on my 49th birthday I plan on hugging and praying with a Brother in Christ. Today my prayer is that God’s Spirit will touch your life and make you a Christian of action for the Salvation of Souls. Amen.

I pray today each and every one of you who read my study to openly declare to God, “I will serve You LORD with all my heart and soul. I will be faithful to You.” There is no reason to worry about what anyone else thinks are does but yourself and openly declare your love of Christ Jesus. Raise your arms to heaven and repeat, “I will serve You LORD with all my heart and soul. I will be faithful to You.” He’s waiting on you to commit fully and surrender all to His Way. Will your life to be faithful to His Word and live in action seeking to sow seeds of harvest and immediately see His rewards. Your choice must be a deliberate resolve to accomplish the Will of God. Scripture reminds us that we are not confer with flesh and blood to give our all to Him but our listen to our own heart to fulfill the joy of loving our love of Christ Jesus. Amen.

So we ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to boast of God in faith, charity and love and give ourselves completely to Your Call of Redemption. We ask LORD for courage to accomplish the hard work of helping and praying for the less fortunate and we are asking LORD for You to guide our every thought and action. We continue our prayer for Greg I. and Tim D. to find Your Way in prayer for their needs. We pray for the children of the world to know Your love and to understand respect. We pray for the mothers and fathers of the world to know their children’s love and respect. We pray for Prayer Points to show people a way to help their neighborhood, their nation and our world. We pray this in Jesus Name. Amen.

Your goodness has be proven

By your faith in Word and deed

Your minds are filled with knowledge

Of Christ’s Salvation to share and breed

Boldly I write to you to remind you of His space

His love you will envelope by thinking of His Face

Be a priestly servant of the Gospel of God in fate

An offering acceptable for all to live and to relate

Your work for Him completely sanctified

The Holy Spirit’s Truth to taste

The Body and Blood of Jesus Christ

Will be humanity’s food of fate

Through signs of power and wonder

The Spirit of God to embrace

Those who have never been told

Will Value His Words of Redemption Grace
