Trust the example of obedience you display enjoying God’s grace.

Thus says the LORD: Cursed is the man who trusts in human beings, who makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the LORD. Blessed are those who trust in the LORD; the LORD will be their trust. Jeremiah 17:5,7

Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in company with scoffers. Rather, the law of the LORD is his joy; and on his law he meditates day and night. Psalm 1:1-2

But Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the prophets. Let them listen to them.’ He said, ‘Oh no, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’ Then Abraham said, ‘If they will not listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone should rise from the dead. Luke 16:29-31

Jeremiah 17:5-10, Psalm 1 & Luke 16:19-31

We continue the walk in trust we must speak of to keep us focused and alive in Christ unrelenting in our joy of placing God First by our practice, prayer and preaching of His Truth. This Love you feel from God is the grace of His Spirit alive in your soul expecting His Will abiding in every take of life’s expectations. We all know them who seem to talk down at life expressing one excuse after the other avoiding God’s Truth denying His grace eternally surrounded in Gods Eternal Love.

The Love we can’t take away but only deny. I indulge you to pray for God’s Will by the joy you have living in Christ’s faith, hope and love of charity lifting people who talk down and experience one problem to the next to be lifted up by the example of obedience you display enjoying God’s grace. Let the smile in your heart be of God’s Will. Let your smile resonate in your soul of Christ’s Salvation. Let the Smile in your vocation be the smile on your face. Heaven has only one alternative. Don’t get there and call out for “between us and you a great chasm is established to prevent anyone from crossing.” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to remain trustful by our obedience to Your Truth. Praying a 2-day countdown to Carolina Emmaus #2. Prayers of safe travel for the Miami Team and all attending. Praying for Kairos. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has constant prayers. LORD, keep temptation from our heart and please cool our soul by Your grace. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Man is cursed who nay

The Truth I display

God is not wanted today

As his heart blatantly turns away

A barren bush in the desert to sway

No season of change all seems grey

Lava waste earth empty salt frays

Man can have blessings to stay

The sin frolicked left by Trust displayed

The LORD is his hope we play

On instruments of Christ’s love every day

Watered tree planted by a stream to lay

Roots abound in mercy reaching over dismay

No distress in drought fortunately estranged

Bearing fruit without liquid from God’s tears of rain

Steady stream of Christ love absence of pain

Only the LORD probes minds and hearts disease

Find the strength and insight to know God’s Will by trust.

Love the LORD, all you who are faithful to Him. The LORD protects the loyal, but repays the arrogant in full. Be strong and take heart, all who hope in the LORD. Psalm 31: 24-25

Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn Him to death, and hand Him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and scourged and crucified, and He will be raised on the Third Day. Matthew 20:18-19

Jeremiah 18:18-20, Psalm 31 & Matthew 20:17-28

We learn by example when it comes to trusting God with everything even to the point of death seemingly calm and committed to living the Will of God no matter the circumstances as depicted and lived by Jesus in His Gospels of New Love. Jesus walked-the-walk and talked-the-talk when it came to complete trust and faith in dying and being raised on the Third Day allowing mankind to know what true forgiveness means to their desire to be forgiven and live forever.

We must love the LORD in thought, action and deed to accomplish His Good Works of mercy to marvel the lost in Christ’s Redemption of love by charity. If you feel protected by God, then you will find the strength and insight to know God’s Will by living your Bible each and every day wavering not in the face of opposition but proclaiming with confidence God’s Son of Truth living in prayer loving the work of charity. He was then and IS now the example to follow when it comes to trusting everything in your life to the Father’s Will by living in faith, hope and love. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today we never lose faith in trusting You to live in faith, hope and love to accomplish charity in Your Name. Praying a 3-day countdown to Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop happy birthday and stay strong in Christ. LORD, we are unworthy of Your love. Please guide us to trust only in You. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

The greatest among you must be your servant. Matthew 23:11

Washing others clean by service we can become everything God wants us to be.

Wash yourselves clean! Put away your misdeeds from before my eyes; cease doing evil; learn to do good. Make justice your aim: redress the wronged, hear the orphan’s plea, defend the widow. Isaiah 1:16-17

The greatest among you must be your servant. Matthew 23:11

Isaiah 1:10-20, Psalm 50 & Matthew 23:1-12

Learning to be the servant to others is the beginning of serving Christ’s charity in faith, hope and love allowing a closer union to God’s Purpose more than any other act of worship. To worship God in service requires the love of sharing how Truth has overcome the desires of self-centeredness, lust of flesh and the loss of sensitivity of being ridiculed. Instead of hearing people say, “How can you talk to someone so dirty?,” we must say to ourselves how can we not help someone in need. Instead of allowing families to steal family time in service allow the service to be God’s time of unity by your family’s example of Capable Cross-bearing Courage. “Cease doing evil; learn to do good. Make justice your aim: redress the wronged, hear the orphan’s plea, defend the widow.” Amen.

In our world of fast-paced desires we must learn to slow down and let God be God while embracing the arm of assistance to serve the lost, lonely and languished in the rinsing of Truth created by the act of charity itself. “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled; but whoever humbles himself will be exalted.” I pray people will join me daily in searching for divine ways to live in service by the brevity of my words. Let us trust in one of the prayers my wife and I say daily, “May the Divine Assistance remain always with us” by our practice, prayer and preaching. By washing ourselves and others clean in service we can become everything God wants us to be seeking His grace protecting His blessing. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear God above, we pray today we learn to do good by the service we carry out in Your Name. Praying a 4-day countdown to Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has our constant prayers. LORD, make us children of service. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Stop judging and you will not be judged. Stop condemning and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37

Will you righteously walk into Heaven or shamefully dive in hell?

O LORD, we are ashamed, like our kings, our princes, and our ancestors, for having sinned against You. Daniel 9:8

Stop judging and you will not be judged. Stop condemning and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37

Daniel 9:4-10, Psalm 79 & Luke 6:36-38

The feeling of being ashamed in my book goes to the depths of embarrassment worse than any other mistake a person can make. For some reason the people who are ashamed still seem to outweigh those who are not but the mere force of sin’s enticement of the ashamedness people mask the true desires of humanity’s heartfelt desire to serve God without the darkness of sin. Ultimately, I believe each and every human finds shame in denying God’s Truth to be Reborn and Redeemed by the Son’s Gospel of love learning in the beginning, middle and end of life truly what God is to eventually condemn, forgive and judge as the Creator of all.

Unknown to us as described by Number 1250 of the Catechism we are born “with a fallen human nature and tainted by original sin, children also have need of the new birth in Baptism to be freed from the power of darkness and brought into the realm of the freedom of the children of God, to which all men are called.” We are born in shame to be freed by the direction our parents learn us in the ways of the LORD ultimately guided or lost in God’s Truth to find in the middle of our lives God is there reason for living or continuing the shame they are captured by.

In our shame we tend to judge those around us condemning living condemned or unforgiving living unforgiven. The depths of my soul resonate the forgiveness God instills in our heart by Christ’s love and in the midst of mistakes of sin or loss of bad judgment we must repent continuously to live righteously as God instructs. As you rapidly approach meeting God face-to-face, will you righteously walk into Heaven or shamefully dive in hell? “For the measure with which you measure will in return be measured out to you.” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to stop judging and stop living ashamed of You or of living for You. Praying a 5-day countdown to Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has our constant prayers. LORD, shame hurts guide is to be humble. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

What’s next when all desires are allowed no matter their consequence?

For many, as I have often told you and now tell you even in tears, conduct themselves as enemies of the Cross of Christ. Their end is destruction. Their God is their stomach; their glory is in their “shame.” Their minds are occupied with earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we also await a savior, the LORD Jesus Christ. Philippians 3:18-20

This is My Chosen Son; listen to Him. Luke 9:35

Genesis 15:5-12, 17-18, Psalm 27, Philippians 3:17–4:1 & Luke 9:28-36

There comes no change in a world even 2000 years later describing the excess and lapse in reason totaling their demise as a people who ignore God’s Truth seeking only what their “minds are occupied with” slipping from friend to enemy glorifying their shame. We all know the actions and thoughts that create this type of behavior and yet society continues to allow it to rise to the heights of glorified obsession, occupation and obliteration that I can see the collision I believe we all see coming to our world’s occupation lending to chaos, confusion and catastrophe unless we hold on by practice, prayer and proclaiming “our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we also await a Savior, the LORD Jesus Christ.”

We must continue to be the example to our society of freedom who mocks our LORD choosing flesh over foundation sickness over Savior famine over forgiveness death’s destiny over Everlasting Eternal Life. Yes, it hurts to see people insult God’s Son ignoring the Truth with such strife I too as Paul as many of you do I’m sure cry in the midst of societal experiences allows you to feel such liberation from sin the enjoyment of Truth gives way to tears of joy that you are not wrapped in Satan’s arms of self-glorification. I see it every day in the eyes of facial reactions from people observing a teenager parading themselves half-naked in public as if their presence is a bath room for society’s stage. What’s next for a humanity that opens its doors for all desires no matter their consequence? Will we listen to the Father’s voice crying out, “This is My Chosen Son; listen to Him…?” Amen.

Loving your enemies is as important as forgiving your enemies too.

This day the LORD, your God, is commanding you to observe these Statutes and Ordinances. Be careful, then, to observe them with your whole heart and with your whole being. Deuteronomy 26:16

You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Heavenly Father, for He makes His sun rise on the bad and the good, and causes rain to fall on the just and the unjust.” Matthew 5:43-45

Deuteronomy 26:16-19, Psalm 119 & Matthew 5:43-48

As many times as you read the Bible will you find as many times something new the LORD enlightens your soul with allowing us to act accordingly to His Plan of living charity’s love. Here we find the kind of charity that springs you out of the house and into the streets searching for God’s Children who need to hear God’s Word, see Christ Hands in action and feel the Holy Spirit envelop their soul. We spark a Light of Christ in people by observing God’s Commandments being careful we observe His Word daily, pray as we think and announce the Truth of Salvation by the deeds we accomplish by faith, hope and love. Oh, charity is much more than giving a dollar or two in a Sunday plate, it’s loving your neighbor as much as “those who persecute you” praying for their soul and conversion of heart.

I once said I’d rather proclaim Christ’s Salvation and know I’m going to heaven than live selfishly fool hearted as I did as a child and early adult and go to hell. Today I feel alive because of God- do you? Loving your enemies is as important as forgiving your enemies too. In lust of luxury or in search of Salvation? “The bad and the good” can have nourishment by God’s Truth but will lack the full communion of God’s Will without loving those who hate or fear you. More so, “pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Heavenly Father” as Christ Himself commands today in Matthew. And yes, you are right, it’s so hard to be His Child in a world filled with greed but I implore us all to move forward in practice, prayer and preaching to live successful in Christ’s Truth of love for charity. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to forgive those who hate us and love those as our neighbors by Your Son’s Truth. Praying a 7-day countdown to Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos. First Peter 5:1-4, Psalm 23 & Matthew 16:13-19

I awake today in chills fighting the flu without question derived from the broods amongst me as a Teacher of His Children I give my life to. I “willingly, as God would have it, not for shameful profit but eagerly” share living in Truth with adult and child alike allowing His Purpose to drive my every desire. Even in the shadows of coughing, chills and choices I must obey His Will writing through His called expectation to practice, pray and proclaim.

I am as sure about this as the day is long that you must Practice the Three P’s of Christ to “tend the flock of God in your midst, [overseeing] not by constraint but willingly, as God would have it!”  Now we see even 2000 years later “the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven” are offered to you by this surrender taking on obedience to His Divine Will in meditation, inspiration and reflection living for His Truth and His Truth alone. We must give our all to God as God gives His all to us.

I celebrate my joy in Christ in the most amazing universal church in the world by the keys given to him for Heaven by Christ Himself leading to exulting Christ’s own statement to the Rock the Church was built on, “Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.”

He gave an authority that has risen and fallen by selfish acts of flesh and greed but continues to grow in the hearts of billions by the love of living His Truth craving His Body and Blood as our soul’s needed nourishment to practice, pray and preach to live His forgiveness. Here in brevity I write to share this ability in each of us to know God’s love by His Son’s Gospel is as easy as one “P” (practice), two “P” ( pray) and three “P” (preach). Celebrate all in Christ by the joy these daily second-by-second choices bring to your heart’s desire in life as the Church surrounds you with the Foundation of Truth in His Word. Amen.

If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Heavenly Father give good things to those who ask Him? Matthew 7:11

How to “give good gifts” in the midst of searching for God’s Truth; obedience.

If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Heavenly Father give good things to those who ask Him? Matthew 7:11

Esther C:12, 14-16, 23-25, Psalm 138 & Matthew 7:7-12

Theologians across the world have talked about our desires to have God’s Truth illuminate our lives but are unwilling to give a surrender to the consequences because we expect our reason, romance and retribution to be given by our own desires and not the Truth of God’s desire in our heart. We believe with all our heart that the day-to-day decisions of life strike our reason for gaining God’s Truth in Spirit failing to do what God wants us to accomplish by the surrender to His Will by the Redemption supplied in Christ Jesus. We look for God not in romance placing His Truth aside for feelings driven by the flesh in complete fornication and not the soul in complete surrender. Sure, we know how to “give good gifts” in the midst of searching for God’s Truth celebrating our own desires void of obedience beyond compare.

We must end our pondering with God and exercise respectful witness of God’s Truth. God will give us direction in His own time as long as we forgive those who wronged us in tongue or force of hand ridding ourselves of any desire to execute retribution on our own yearnings of immediate satisfaction from planned or instantaneous reaction to any and all wickedness of the heart. Let go and let God to experience the surrender of obedience to God’s Truth and find His Spirit in every thought you delve and every word you whisper in your soul. Then and only then will God hear your question allowing you to find all you desire behind every door you knock on receiving whatever you ask. “For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear Father, we pray today to ask by our surrender to Your Truth. Praying for Team Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Constant prayers for Greg Bishop. I’m praying for my prayer partner Marco. LORD, teach us to want what You want. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Who knows? God may again repent and turn from his blazing wrath, so that we will not perish. Jonah 3:9

Wig’s Word of God Today 2-20-2013

Learn of the repentance God is asking all mankind to undertake.

By decree of the king and his nobles, no man or beast, no cattle or sheep, shall taste anything; they shall not eat, nor shall they drink water. Man and beast alike must be covered with sackcloth and call loudly to God; they all must turn from their evil way and from the violence of their hands. Who knows? God may again repent and turn from his blazing wrath, so that we will not perish. Jonah 3:7-9

While still more people gathered in the crowd, he said to them, “This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign will be given it, except the sign of Jonah. Just as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so will the Son of Man be to this generation.” Luke 11:29-30

Jonah 3:1-10, Psalm 51 & Luke 11:29-32

We are gathered today to learn of the repentance God is asking all mankind to undertake continually by the Blood of His Son the Christ engaging the only One Who can show us the Way to Heaven by our faith, hope and love of living His charity. You would think that the billions of people who believe and trust in Jesus Christ would be sign enough for the non-believers of the world but we live in a point in history that is overcome with excess denying the Truth in Christ controlling the flash, flair and feebleness of fantasy, i.e.; movies, media and means.

Oh, I know there are more things in the world stealing our attention but movies begin my list as the beauty of fantasy in the privacy of your own home. Ah, if but to become a Movie Star, right? We crave the attention of excess in illusion to deny God’s Truth blinding our desire to know faith, live in hope and love only ourselves. Our minds are cluttered with media outlets reporting on everything from aliens in the sky to killing fields because of Name of Christ.

They seem to deny anything that is Truth obliging us in make-believe corrupting the longing for God by the means created in filth. Many believe as I that this can be overcome in petition, pleas and prayer just as Jesus reminds us He is the One and Only Sign of Redemption God has provided the world to embrace. Are you calling out loudly to God in repentance? What is your sackcloth of fasting to reflect? “Who knows? God may again repent and turn from his blazing wrath, so that we will not perish.” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today we call out to You loudly in our sackcloth of fasting in repentance. Praying for Team Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Constant prayers for Greg Bishop. I’m praying for my prayer partner Marco. LORD, show us how to be forgiving guiding us to charity’s soul of You. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Yours in Christ,

Something greater than Jonah in Christ to Rehearse– Luke 11:29-32

Jesus spoke to the crowd

Evil generation always loud

Seeking a sign to pout

None given to a louse

Find the true sign in Jonah

Spit from a whales mouth anointed

Describing to the Ninevites judgment

Of God creating wrath appointed

As Jonah was the sign to them

The Son of Man is the sign to win

Eternal Life in Heaven free from sin

The queen of the south sent to condemn

Coming from the ends of the earth

Hearing the wisdom of Solomon’s worth

At judgment Nineveh’s men will rise from the dirt

Because the preaching of repentance to nurse

Something greater than Jonah in Christ to Rehearse
