Allow God’s Word to be a part of your being displayed in every facet of your life

So shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me empty, but shall do what pleases Me, achieving the end for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11

If you forgive others their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions. Matthew 6:14-15

Isaiah 55:10-11, Psalm 34 & Matthew 6:7-15

Jesus reminds us today that God knows what we need before we ask Him allowing us a freedom to rid our minds of nonsense focusing instead on the essentials of life; practice, prayer and proclamation. We can find His Word will achieve the end for which He sent it by studying Scripture often throughout the day giving God what He expects in practice establishing prayer over everything you accomplish in life.

Once you begin to live in prayer you’ll see the natural desire to share God’s Word in places you thought weren’t possible such as your co-workers, lunchtime locales as importantly your home location of the neighborhood you reside in. For the past two years I’ve had a double angel flag up the read: “Let your faith Light the world.” Over the weekend I replaced it with a Cross flag that shows an open Bible and a Dove that reads: “God is Love.” Allow God’s Word to be a part of your being displayed in every facet of your life instilling love not transgressions. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to create our life wrapped around Your Word. Praying for Team Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Constant prayers for Greg Bishop. I’m praying for my prayer partner Marco. LORD, help us to forgive. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Doing My Will as I sent it to shine– Isaiah 55:10-11

The LORD shared

From Heaven to care

Rain and Snow prepare

The earth for water’s fair

Not returning until done

Just as the peace of the sun

Helping all be fertile living undone

Growing fruitful shared as fun

Sowed seeds become a plant

Grain to provide bread’s stance

For the one who eats to dance

With God’s Word sharper than the lance

My Word goes forth to find

My mouth filled with joy in kind

Will not return void or blind

Doing My Will as I sent it to shine

Be holy, for I, the LORD your God, am holy. Leviticus 19:2

Keeping pace with the predictable things of life sharing God’s holiness.

Be holy, for I, the LORD your God, am holy. Leviticus 19:2

Take no revenge and cherish no grudge against your own people. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.  Leviticus 19:18

Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for Me. Matthew 25:45

Leviticus 19:1-18, Psalm 19 & Matthew 25:31-46

Too many times in our life we the need to do something over-the-top for God seeking our own desires to accomplish our own goals. God has steady goals in mind for each and every one of us keeping pace with the predictable things of life sharing God’s holiness established in patience, persistence and passion for Christ’s love. “Be holy, for I, the LORD your God, am holy.” It’s tough to be holy and inconspicuous loving “your neighbor as yourself” because being holy doesn’t seem the norm for mainstream society here and abroad displaying self over The Savior.

I know, it’s tough not to feel a grudge for slander or mistake when being the target of opinions that fly. Letting go is carrying on in His Purpose forgiven in feelings that need to cry. We carry on not to be fantastic for the LORD but rather we celebrate our lives in the LORD righteously in His Truth. Here we find the charity of living in Christ being the arms, hands and feet of those who live lost in some sort of addictive device reeking of the earths suffice. They seem lost but are really found in their own world of submission to the elements of survival searching to live in any condition they can.

How can we be helpful to these that scare us? We must learn to trust and allow God to move you along the paths of charity living righteous for God’s Truth. Living holy holding no grudge against society’s languished teetering in the depths of charity will come to those certain people you’ll make a difference to. One by one not by hundreds or even thousands at a time but one. They are there right now cold hungry huddled in a camp of survival. Throw a blanket in the trunk maybe a five dollar jacket from the Salvation Army or carry a dollar or two for those times you feel called to roll down the window as you give saying, “God Bless You!” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to live holy as You are holy LORD. Praying for Team Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Constant prayers for Greg Bishop. I’m praying for my prayer partner Marco. LORD, help us remove all grudges. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Jesus said to him in reply, “It is written: ‘You shall worship the LORD, your God, and Him alone shall you serve.’” “It also says, ‘You shall not put the LORD, your God, to the test.’” Luke 4:8,12

Live in today confessing with your mouth God is the only God of your heart.

For one believes with the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved. For the Scripture says, “No one who believes in Him will be put to shame.” Romans 10:10-11

Jesus said to him in reply, “It is written: ‘You shall worship the LORD, your God, and Him alone shall you serve.’” “It also says, ‘You shall not put the LORD, your God, to the test.’” Luke 4:8,12

Deuteronomy 26:4-10, Psalm 91, Romans 10:8-13 & Luke 4:1-13

Indeed my purpose is to share God’s Word in brevity daily following a path walked by Christ contributing the belief in my heart of Eternal Life by a surrender to Him “and Him alone” not expecting a test to be shown for in my heart His grace is sufficient alone. Paul reminds us how not to feel “put to shame” similar to the thoughts I delved as a young man shamefully denying the One and only Way. I recall with such detail the spiteful ways I denied Him through adolescence, annoyance and adulthood not participating in the faith, hope and love of Charity’s Will.

I often pray for the forgiveness of my teenage years where I lived as an annoyance searching for the darkness to avoid Truth’s everlasting wail. I didn’t worship nothin’ or anything as my wife would surely remind me now as I let out my Southern chuckle of my South Georgia cell. Life wasn’t surefooted in Truth but rather the absence of confession from a mouth full of filth. Taught by a drunken Georgia mechanic who I worshipped as the best father a child could smell.

You know? The smell of mom or dad that resonates in your soul’s memory bank when they picked you up as a child and whispered sweet nothings smelling of gold. Today we all seemed so rushed we can’t seem to catch up with today to live for tomorrow. Why I write hopefully less each day to remind us we can live in the moment to find hope for each breath we take. A natural twist of growth in Christ’s Salvation offered advice to live in Him in wonder of charity’s reason absent of strife. Live in today confessing with your mouth God is the only God of your heart where the test has already been won. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to always confess with our mouths and act with our minds to live Christ’s charity of Salvation. Praying for Team Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Constant prayers for Greg Bishop. I’m praying for my prayer partner Marco. LORD, remove our desires to live for You and You alone. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Not by bread alone does a stone feed the meek

All the kingdoms of the world

You must know the right

Only comes from worshipping

As it is written to love not fight

Let the one without sin cast the first stone

Taking Him up resting Him a top a temple to moan

A test of the angels who will swoop down as shown

He said to him, “Follow Me.” And leaving everything behind, he got up and followed Him. Luke 5:27b-28

He left his own interests behind to celebrate the Truth of living for charity.

If you refrain from trampling the Sabbath, from following your own pursuits on My holy day; If you call the Sabbath a delight, the LORD’s holy day glorious; If you glorify it by not following your ways, seeking your own interests, or pursuing your own affairs. Isaiah 58:13

He said to him, “Follow Me.” And leaving everything behind, he got up and followed Him. Luke 5:27b-28

Isaiah 58:9-14, Psalm 86 & Luke 5:27-32

It is much easier to trust what we can see than what we have faith is there by feeling not by touch but the eternal aspect of one’s soul that resonates with endless love by the Creator of life. It causes you “God Bumps” as I like to call them allowing such trust it seems unfathomable now I could every deny His Truth in any thought, desire or vocation. “Levi the Tax Collector” felt it by the same presence but being asked personally face-to-face must have been an amazing feeling obviously so much so that Levi trusted Him to walk away from his post without hesitation. “Leaving everything behind, he got up and followed Him.”

I am always seeking to glorify God even when I make mistakes that hinder my well-being I will call out to God following His Son’s Way searching for the Truth of one’s soul to live by faith, hope and love of God’s charitable affection. Some people may believe giving to God means only sharing your desires once a week on the Sabbath turned Sunday (eternal switch of man’s desires?) but I beg to differ asking is not God in our souls every second of every day?

The trust our future faithful accountant of the Apostles funds would give in an instant allowing every moment of every day surrendered to Christ’s Way to Heaven and the Eternal bound to God’s love was an amazing display of responsibility. He left his own interests behind to celebrate the Truth of living for charity diversifying his wealth, his talents and his desire to serve the Messiah living an honor relished by people far-and-wide.

Life becomes “more focused” when we follow Christ as described by a prisoner in our Kairos group last night. The joy in the eyes of men who follow Christ who may crave freedom from mistaken follies but they earnestly desire Christ’s forgiveness as much as they yearn for God’s love. It’s one tough act to follow Jesus in the walls of confinement and I am constantly amazed every time we go in the response to Holy Spirit’s ways of securing the following even more because of our presence there. We thank you LORD for allowing this opportunity to follow Your Son even in the midst of barbed wire and multiple fences. Guide us LORD to follow Your witness of Truth. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to follow Your Son in adversity and admittance. Prayers for Jody and Tommy for Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Is this what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the LORD? Isaiah 58:5e

Wig’s Word of God Today 2-15-2013

Enjoy today’s study in a podcast at www.cruz-wiggins.com

We can live our lives in endless ways of knowing what charity means in fasting.

Is this what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the LORD? Isaiah 58:5e

The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast. Matthew 9:15c

Isaiah 58:1-9, Psalm 51 & Matthew 9:14-15

We all seeks ways to fast for God’s Truth of searching, sharing and saving people unknown and known in our lives to experience the joy of Salvation and the freedom of faith, hope and love I can describe in endless ways just as we can live our lives in endless ways of knowing what charity means in fasting. As Isaiah so eloquently puts it, “Is it not sharing your bread with the hungry, bringing the afflicted and the homeless into your house; Clothing the naked when you see them, and not turning your back on your own flesh?”

There have been times in my life as yours where God seemed to answer our prayer in a seconds notice as much as He allows you to wait but in Christ we can live in God endlessly abiding by the graces of promise, permission and passion to love life’s purpose of charity. The grace as Isaiah describes is everlasting, “Then your light shall break forth like the dawn, and your wound shall quickly be healed; Your vindication shall go before you, and the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.” We may fast as a community of believers every Lent but I beg us to fast for souls of Christ love every moment of every day relinquishing not the thought of charity in every step we take.

John’s disciples wanted to know why Christ’s disciples didn’t fast as much as they learning why we are asked to fast constantly in our lives now for we have to wait on His return where during Christ’s time they touched His cloak and were healed. Now we are healed by the faith, hope and love we live for charity’s heartbeat and breath of God’s love. We have a relationship with the Spirit of God in a Trinity that comforts us by Truth. We must live in His Word to know Christ in our hearts searching not for sin’s funky desires but love’s charitable heart. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to fast often to be alive in charity’s love. Prayers for Jody and Tommy for Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Constant prayers for Greg Bishop. Day eight of a Novena of Prayers for a teenager name Monica. Prayers for Marco. LORD, share the Truth of charity in every step we take. Whoever is ashamed of Me and of My Words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of when He comes in His glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels. Luke 9:26

Give what Valentine’s Day means in love every second of every day to God.

Whoever is ashamed of Me and of My Words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of when He comes in His glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels. Luke 9:26

Deuteronomy 30:15-20, Psalm 1 & Luke 9:22-25

The day of love begins with a complete submission to the One Who created love, life and libations to enjoy every second of every day for without knowing Him and His Son trusting in His Spirit you are lost in the selfish acts to please only your desires of lust, greed and flesh. We can depart from these desires by enjoining the person in your life to search as you search, serve as you serve and share as you share to abide in the saving Name of Jesus Christ. What I used to be ashamed of I proclaim in my walk with the love of my life together or apart seeking as she does to praise His Holy Name in every breath we take.

Servantly display in Christ what Christ servantly displayed when He allowed Himself to be hung on The Cross to save us. He served as we are called to serve in love recognizing the affection we share is a daily thing we are baptized to give anywhere, anytime and anyplace as Saint Valentine would continue today in heaven serving our LORD in absolute adoration. My wife and I want to place God First for we know all else will fall into place if we live this surrender of Truth. A Love of Love offered only in Christ’s Pathway to the Father Himself in Heaven. Celebrate His love daily and His love will give you peace even in the midst of revulsion.

The walk and testament of our first humans on earth is the foundation of what God truly seeks from His people. Moses will always remind us what God asks of us in the Commandments of Truth while Jesus will always forgive what we fail of what God asks of us as long as we earnestly repent in our thoughts, actions and deeds learning to serve love first. Through Moses God did warn; “If, however, your heart turns away and you do not obey, but are led astray and bow down to other gods and serve them, I tell you today that you will certainly perish; you will not have a long life.” Deuteronomy 30:17-18a. In our obsessions of life we bow down to false gods of fleeting pleasures escaping the desires of real love given in the surrender of Truth. Let us give what Valentine’s Day means in love every second of every day to God for giving us Christ to overcome sin. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to serve love in Christ as the love to overcome all. Prayers for Jody and Tommy for Carolina Emmaus #2. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Be mindful of our sins by doing penance, daily prayerful reflection and fasting.

Yet even now—oracle of the LORD—return to Me with your whole heart, with fasting, weeping, and mourning. Joel 2:12

We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 2nd Cor 5:20c

When you pray, go to your inner room, close the door, and pray to your Father in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will repay you. Matthew 6:6

Joel 2:12-18, Psalm 51, Second Corinthians 5:20–6:2 & Matthew 6:1-6, 16-18

We often wonder how we are to call out to God in repentance returning to Him to find faith, hope and love in every aspect our lives accomplishing reconciliation with God moving Him to withhold punishment showering us with love. As a humanity, we are called to fast and pray often asking the LORD to forgive our transgressions sharing our abilities in service seeking complete reconciliation with God has Paul did in his ministry by his apostolic experience. We too are asked to be mindful of our sins by doing penance, daily prayerful reflection and fasting during the season of Lent receiving ashes 40 days prior to Easter Sunday as a symbol of penance made sacramental by the blessing of the Church helping us to develop a spirit of humility and sacrifice.

Christians who committed grave sins of the past used to have to do a public penance wearing shirts made of animals hair for the entire season as penance expecting to fast and pray constantly not allowing them to enter the church until Holy Thursday. Once the Bishop blessed them, the faithful recited the Seven Penitential Psalms turning the penitents out of the church because of their sins — just as Adam, the first man, was turned out of Paradise because of his disobedience. How do you reflect on your sin during the Easter Season? The LORD simply asks; “return to Me with your whole heart, with fasting, weeping, and mourning.” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today we can truly call out to You in prayer and fasting asking to be reconciled in Your Truth. Worship the God Who created life in His likeness to celebrate His Truth.

Then God said: Let us make human beings in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the tame animals, all the wild animals, and all the creatures that crawl on the earth. Genesis 1:26

Genesis 1:20–2:4, Psalm 8 & Mark 7:1-13

Our dominion rests in every aspect of earth allowing us to sustain our lives with nourishment from the garden we grow in the corner of our yard to the cattle roaming across the plain of my friends ranch we are given all our bodies need allowing us to continue our communion with God through a Son Who came to the world to rest our fears giving us the love we crave as much as the sustenance we shove in our mouths to feed our aching muscles satisfying our empty stomachs. In His Image we reside and confide our sins knowing only what He allows us to know by the mysteries He brought into the world us as humans will always be curious about. We want to know why He created us as much as we want to know what we supposed to do to please Him.

We get the chance to please Him for in His mercy He created the ways of Truth allowing us the “Roadmap” to find faith, hope and love. We must have faith to secure our desires to do what is right and just. We must have hope we are doing the right things to find all necessary to live life in His Truth. We must have love to find happiness in the midst of unfair laws created by men rooted in evil not good stealing passions from the heartbeat of mankind. Our LORD gives us dominion over the animals of the earth and the sea to envelope our beings with an absolute nutrition of success growing minds and bodies to worship the God Who created life to celebrate His Truth. I for one seek His connection through the dominion He allows to give us life, are you? Amen.

God made the two great lights, the greater one to govern the day, and the lesser one to govern the night, and the stars. Genesis 1:16 Homeless Bill’s Nights

Who flung the stars from His cries to create a world we all have to vie?

God made the two great lights, the greater one to govern the day, and the lesser one to govern the night, and the stars. Genesis 1:16

Genesis 1:1-19, Psalm 104 & Mark 6:53-56

As someone who once lived homeless, hungry and hurt, I imagined the picture often of what homeless men, women and children feel every night in every corner of our great world. When you have an opportunity to live first-hand the events of people without an address, you come to think of the many nights looking out across the vastness of the sky where stars twinkle in your eye and life teams with excess that could cause you to die allowing thoughts of a God Who flung the stars from His cries to create a world we all have to vie. We have to strive, struggle and stray from God in the midst of lewdness, libations and lust for His grace will not envelope sin but the eagerness of faith, hope and love established in Christ partaking in Truth’s trust. We can try and oppose God’s grace in spite of living for God’s Eternal Might while denying His grace comes to Light finding His love never leaves you to plight offering endlessly the Truth that is Right.

We learn that these people of the night aren’t pretty and clean many not knowing a bath for years to deem grime that floats atop the skin of oily sheen we contend to ignore the injustice of self-willed schemes. Self-willed or not God instructs to love all ignoring not the Child of God of His lot unwilling to allow His love to flow not. My friend I’ve known for three years nil and homeless man named Bill only in his mid-fifties has lived in the woods for 13 years to fill every trashcan rummaged for aluminum to make a dollar bill to eat or feed his two dogs making sure they get their fill. I have tried and tried to get him some help in the midst of his life of healing in spite of the conditions he lives each and every night informing me he’s had no bath to right the filth covering him in gloss much like the moss in the Grand Live Oak so bold he’s dying lonely and lost.

This morning I pray he awakes in the bed even if it’s been years to rid the luster caked on after a shower so long because me and some kids gave him a room for his digs to wash and to shower his polish every hour reminding him last night as I left take as many Hollywood showers you can muster in power of a soft bed instead of the ground to be found last night with his trike in his room my back feeling the need to soothe his mood lugging it up a flight of stairs to his room he must have his bike to survive the truth. He escaped a doctor’s visit yesterday explaining he had to wash his dogs in the lake he not knowing his wish to wash would soon come true knowing his fright of doctors and the money they pursue he will live on the streets until God says he through- life without God can never be True. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today we can see You in the stars at night imagining Your pleasure as You set them just right. Praying for the Emmaus Team of South Carolina, New Jersey and Harvard IL. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop, stay strong in Christ we pray. Fear Not My Friend We Say in God’s Grace– In Honor of Homeless Bill

Fear not my friend

Life we must defend

Homeless or not we send

God’s love to contend

With nights of rain and cold

A hard ground seems odd without snow

The softness of God’s world to crow

People of faith sharing God’s love to know

At least once in a blue-moon we trace

Unknown Angles who seem ugly to face

Providing a shower to feel clean to taste

Sleeping on the floor used to the haste

By the Grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me has not been ineffective. First Corinthians 15:10

Fishing for souls to know and live in Christ’s love of the Father’s grace of charity.

Then I heard the voice of the LORD saying, “Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?” “Here I am,” I said; “send me!” Isaiah 6:8

For I handed on to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures; that He was buried; that He was raised on the Third Day in accordance with the Scriptures. First Corinthians 15:3-4

By the Grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me has not been ineffective. First Corinthians 15:10

Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching men. Luke 5:10d

Isaiah 6:1-2, 3-8, Psalm 138, First Corinthians 15:1-11 & Luke 5:1-11

Through the centuries many a person has truly repented calling out to the LORD in their own way describing first the love of God they have in their heart then the sin they are so ashamed of in their damaged soul while searching for the response of absolute forgiveness to repair their being. Here in this time we become surrendered having faith in the LORD’s Word reinforced by the grace of the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit speaks to you, your craving for living in Christ’s Redemption overcomes the lost needs of sin’s enticing lure of self-excess, self-desires and self-destruction becoming instead the desires of Christ’s love to live in the Father’s charity.

Our God gave us a world of amazing colors to love and respect by our daily celebration of the Father Who created it all and gave us life to live. I remember so vividly the desired effect of getting down on my knees and saying, “LORD, I am sorry. I have wronged life denying Your love living in denial dying in my sins. Help me LORD to know Your Truth.” The feeling of confessing our sins liberates your being to know the grace residing in your heart and soul. And YES, we have to do it often for in our human weakness we sin trying to justify needing to nullify.

Now all of a sudden your life begins to walk the walk and talk the talk by responding to God’s call of submitted love of service Redeemed in Truth. I too as Paul “handed on to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures; that He was buried; that He was raised on the Third Day in accordance with the Scriptures.” I live His forgiveness with energy of Truth begging for His forgiveness described in my lost youth redeemed now because of His Blood’s proof searching and seeking to share His love of charity to remind our youth God forgives all sin to choose severing the line attached to Satan’s noose. “By the Grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me has not been ineffective.”

The search for lost souls begins at your waking hour. No matter the time arise alive and thankful in God’s passionate, persistent and purposeful power. Simply say this prayer, “In the Name of the Father Who created me in the Name of Son Who Redeemed me and Holy Spirit Who sanctifies me, I offer this day I’m about to take on.” Don’t forget to share how your Soul-Mate in Christ lights up your life in God’s beauty by saying, “Good Morning Beautiful,” as I do each and every day I awake next to my wife Toni. Begin your day with you nets mended in Scripture either with my study or anyone’s love of Christ but more importantly learn to love the Bible often during the waking hours of fishing for souls to know and live in Christ’s love of the Father’s grace of charity. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today we can fish for people sharing Your Son’s Redemption being unafraid to display His love. Praying for the Emmaus Team of South Carolina, New Jersey and Harvard IL. Praying for Kairos Prison Ministry. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop, stay strong in Christ we pray. Day Three of a Novena of Prayers for a teenager name Monica. Prayers for Marco. LORD, encourage us to serve in action without prejudice or denial. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

The hearts who were preached to believing God’s Will– First Corinthians 15:1-11

Paul indeed lived to remind

The Gospel preached in kind

Living what you receive

How you stand by what you believe

By Gospel that Eternally Saves

Holding fast to the Word so brave

Preached to them by Paul who craved

You not believe in vain to misbehave

Handed on first the importance of Christ’s death

Dying for our sins at His Father’s request

Scripture accordingly proves the rest

Being buried and raised to pass the test

Alive by the Power of God’s amazing grace

He appeared to Cephas and 500 face-to-face

Encouraging the Twelve to begin the race

Even appearing to James and Paul to set the pace

Paul born abnormally according to God’s bill

He persecuted the Church loving not what he killed

By God’s grace Paul became the man of I Am’s thrill

Toiling harder to share Christ’s Gospel to fill

The hearts who were preached to believing God’s Will
